T3 is the best. Big businesses and Colleges use a massive internet backbone.
adsl, but in Australia all broadband is insanely expensive, mostly because of
the Governemtent and the pseudo monopoly of telstra. Capped rates and downloads
(and lots of dodgy fine print) and Cable is definately not a viable alternative.

I have cable at home (5Mbit connection) but up here at school I get something thats about equal to a 56k.
