Yumeria, Da Capo, Green Green TV, Kanon, Suika. These are some of the lots of anime based on popular date or ecchi simulator games with are very popular in Japan. And it happens to love this type of anime. After all, I love romance and ecchi anime. Ok, I haven't seen Kanon yet, but I'm sure that I will like it a lot.

So, here are my questions:
1) Do you know any other anime like them? I mean, romance and/or ecchi anime based on date or ecchi simulator games.
2) Unfortunately, Yumeria and Green Green have been released only in PS2 for Japan, and cause I don't know japanese I will not be able to play them. Have Da Capo, Kanon and Suika released in PC?
3) Which date or ecchi simulator games for PC released on english language do you recomment me?
4) Any english language webisite for this type of games for PC?

I haven't come across anime that came from movie. Some of the other members may be able to answer your questions. I have to get familiar with many of the shows since the anime I watch is only limited to Cartoon Network back at home (I'm on campus, but there's only basic cable here. An anime channel would be nice).

Date/ecchi simulator? I thought those were all hentai...
I just watched Air yesterday, and I was surprise to learn that it's based off a game. (If Kanon is related to Air then nevermind, I don't know much about these stuff... =P)

All I have seen on this subject is what they have shown on G4 tech t.v. . Mainly on lay on that channel. You could try there web site for refrences or web site connetions. Just a thought because they have done shows or pieces on this subject.

Actually there are TONS of such games exist but only a handful made its way to anime like:
Operation Sanctuary
Kakyuusei2
Pia carrot
Shuffle!(new anime)

many did not make its way to anime or went into hentai anime.

I looked for infos about AIR on AnimeNfo.com
( http://www.animenfo.com/animetitle,1475,mlmoin,air_tv.html )and it's a such different anime from Kanon. But both anime are based on Key's games and their artwork style are similar. And both of them are dramas.

Pia carrot, that's a popular anime based in a computer game. It's very romantic and ha a great storyline. I recomend you to watch it.

Kanon is not ecchi at all...and it is really poor and a very very silly anime!! I know tsukihime is based on a game, just like Kanon and Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (this one's good, has some ecchi parts too, and romance and drama... I think you'll like it!)

I didn't said that Kanon is ecchi! If you have read the title carefully, I talk about "Romance and ecchi anime". E.x. Green Green TV is 100% ecchi. Da Capo is romance with few funservice. Suika is mature anime (aka 1st quality hentai and not somethng like La Blue Girl) with lots of romance and drama (if you look the artwork of Suika, it looks more like a cute romance anime than a common hentai).

As about Kanon...look at the animenewsnetworks.com and AnimeNfo.com for info about this anime and you'll see that it is one of the best anime that ever created. If you don't personally like it because it's too dramatic...that's another point.

And from all these kind of anime, some of them (like Suika) are based on hentai games. The other anime I said are not based on hentai games. From other anime that said other member here, I think Pia Carrot is based on hentai game, but I'm not quite sure.

kanon is indeed a nice anime, nothing wrong about it. (not the best anime ever created tough....)
Maybe you should considering watching Final Approach or Comic Party or Air. Especially Air, It's aweseome.
And I think Pia Carrot is definitly an H game lol
