It's an interesting anime indeed.The 1st episode made me recall hellraiser
moments.Beyond the tons of splatter action I like the overall drama of the
anime.The opening and ending movies are masterpieces.
Well im on about episode 9 so far. Its really good, can be a bit over the top
with the violence some times. So far its got a very good story line. Cant wait
to see how it ends up

I really like the art, and theres some good blood too.
The first few minutes where the most awesome tough, but i didnt really liked the
ending of the anime because of the lack of an...wel..l..end! That calls for a
2nd season to finish things up! I hope there is going to be one tough, didn't
catch anything like it yet...T_T

an interesting blend. its like a mixture of Kanon, Love Hina and Hellsing.
Im up to ep. 12 right now...waiting for the last episode to be released on
BT...one of my faves obviously, it has everything; a good story, a little bit of
comedy, definitely the drama, action and blood and the occasional ecchi but IMO
one of the best if not the best anime of 2004. one problem though....TOO SHORT.
i want it to last LONGER!!
oh, definitely, this series is so far the only anime that i watched contains
cuteness and violence at the same time.
However, the storyline is pretty nicee....

Picked the series up because of the German title, wish I had done so earlier,
one of my favorite anime. Waiting for episode 13 as well. I think I read
somewhere that Nyu (Nyuu?) means milk?

from what i've seen so far (4 eps) . i realy needed something bloody and violent

I could've sworn I posted on here earlier... but Elfen Lied is my second
favorite anime of all time. The story and characters I can relate to so well.
It's like taking a lot of my life and amplifying it.. in away. I was affected by
this anime like no other anime before it, keep in mind it takes a few episodes
to get deep.
well when i got it i didnt knew it would be soo good, after a I saw it i didnt
did anything for about 15 min after that i realiced i didnt breath on those 15
min, personally i loved it its really a masterpice, that combines love, blood,
sadness, etc...., really great

if you were kouta past ep 13, and nyu/lucy came to the door... would you see her
as nyu the friend you had grown close to and almost in a sense fell in love
with? or as lucy, the girl who killed you father and sister and caused you to be
hospitalised for a year?

I've seen all the episodes, it's nice and very strapping...
The drawings are nice and the story is very interressant.

its very over-rated....its not a bad series, just over-rated
i think its great, i also saw the hellsingness in it, i came to the conclution that it was a cross between hellsing and chobits.
i loved it, i didnt think it was over rated at all, it played nicely with your mind if u ask me
