Allo... I thing that the Better/Greatest/Amazing anime is Samurai Depper Kyo.. I love his style and the ''Voice of Wind''

Lol, I know its not a serious samurai show and is not fully acurate but right now I am watching and totally loving samurai champloo.

Awesome anime with fantastic music and a really neat spin on the traditional samurai anime.Hopefully there wil be some OVAs.

Samurai 7 was extremely slow-paced. I must say it's gotta be Samurai Champloo. mixing the old school with new school and really creative elements.

Rurouni Kenshin has great fights in it, Samurai Champloo is cool too...

My favorites are Rurouni Kenshin because Kenshin is very funny! And also like the style of Samurai Champloo. A friend of mine said that Peace Maker Kurogane was really good but haven't watched it yet!

Well, i'd have to say i like Rurouni Kenshin the best. Kenshin is so funny and a very lovable character

I've not seen a lot of them but my favorits are Samurai 7 and Samurai Champloo.

Rurouni Kenshin was the first samurai anime I watched and it's still the best to me.

i like Rurouni Kenshin has a good storyline plus learn some japanese history LOL, others i like are ninja scroll for sure love the action in that anime, samurai Champloo is funny the sotry is ok but didnt quite liked the ending to say the least

kenshin.. samurai deeper was a bit bloody for me. besides the fact that kenshin has really pretty blue eyes.

I haven't seen many samurai anime.

Rurouni Kenshin - Great classic- lots of different tones (it can be funny, it can be disturbing, it can be tearjerking or just plain exciting- one of the best shows ever.) I also love the characters. Episodes 53+ (I think) never quite meets the quality of the Kyoto arc though, and dissapointingly doesn't follow the manga. Still one of my favorites.

Rurouni Kenshin OVAs - Called Samurai X in the US. The first one (Trust/Betrayal) is just pure art and must be shown to anyone who doubts the potential of animation.

Peacemaker Kurogane - Some will absolutely adore it while others will really dislike it. If you like Gonzo stuff (Chrono Crusade, Full Metal Panic, etc) this one is similar, in that there are moments of drama and moments of comedy. I don't mind the mix, so it was a good show for me. Really liked the characters.

That's it! ^__^ that's all I've seen. Rurouni Kenshin all the way. I'm eventually going to watch Samurai 7, Samurai Champloo, and I think Otogizoushi, Shura No Toki, and Basilisk are Samurai anime too.

If anime-wise, Samurai Champloo.. Refreshing and cool. Kenshin is a classic (but only up till the Kyoto Arc - everything else is weird ) SDK anime was a total mess - but the manga is one of the best! ^^

Samurai Champloo, yeah with no doubt. They did very good animation, music , story, action. I like the way they synchronize the BGM with the animation.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Basilisk yet. It just aired two weeks ago so maybe none of u guys dl fansubs or something. Anywayz it's from gonzo and so far it's pretty good.
