I would vote for the original episode over here, and the debut of Star
Wars.
Episode IV, A New Hope (1997)
The trilogy of IV, V, and VI was a fantastic one, nonetheless.
The new Star Wars are okay. I just hoped they didn't make Episode 1, because it
definitely added a characteristic flaw to the sheer brilliance and mastermind of
the prrevious three.
Gotta be episode V, The Empire Strikes Back. A New Hope has a special place in
my heart for being the first Star Wars I watched, but The Empire Strikes Back
just blew me away. Expanding on Darth Vader as a villain? Luke taking his
first steps as a Jedi? Yoda? Bespin and Cloud City? Beautiful. Just
beautiful. Even though the writing of the entire series is somewhat...shoddy, A
New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back somehow made the whole thing plausible and
believable.
And seriously - who can forget the twist at the end?
i would say the old star wars was cool but the graphics and the context of the
storyline for the new starwars the phantom menace and Attack of the clones and
the upcoming episode III is also cool.
i like the first one because it was the first one ive ever seen that i can
remember and that ive watched all the way through the 4,5,6 ones ive only seen
parts of it and the second was pretty good too except the ending was to be
continue thing but of course they did so you would see the third one
The Empire Strikes back is my favourite so far. The stroy started going down
hill when George Lucas started making star wars for kids..starting with Return
of the Jedi.
I'm assuming Episode 3 will suck ass just like Episode 1 and 2...
I like the return of the jedi. It was like the end of the star wars series (Or
at least i thought it was) and it made me feel fantastic. "wow luke was
really strong and smart." The others all have a space in my soul. lol.
I liked Return of the Jedi and Attack of the Clones [come on people, Yoda
kicks ass! ]. I also love the battles, particularly in these two movies.
I love all the movies, but those were the two I liked the most. Even though
Anakin was in his whiny child stage in Attack
of the Clones.
The third one looks so awesome, I'm planning to see it at least 5 times in the
theatre.

for those. They were entertaining,
weren't they? But that's just my opinion.
Personally I think Episode III: Revenge of the Sith is the best (between
trailers and video games I think I've seen most of it..lol) but Ep VI : Return
of the Jedi still kicks @$$..
Well i like them all but i specially like episode V the empire strikes back,
probably because that's when we know that Darth Vader once was a Jedi and is
Luke's Father.

Well, we knew that in A New Hope. Quoth Kenobi: "A young Jedi named Darth
Vader, who was a pupil of mine before he turned to evil, helped the Empire hunt
down the Jedi Knights. He betrayed and murdered your father." That was part
of why Vader saying he was Luke's father was so dramatic and such; not only is
Luke's father not dead, he stands before Luke as the Dark Lord of the
Sith.
Anyway, my favorite episode was The Empire Strikes Back. The Empire came out
ahead in that one. =D

My favorite one is ep. V. I really liked the Battle of Hoth. but ep. III looks interesting and cool
Yeahhh... for me too the best that I have seen it's the V episode!
But I haven't seen the Sencond episode so, cannot say exactly!

my favorite is The Return of Jedi because the scenes are more dramatic than " i'm your father"

My favorite Star Wars' episode would have to be VI: The Return of the Jedi. But I'm really looking forward to episode III: The Revenge of the Sith
