Personally, i think Brolly from DBZ is my best evil chracter. If he wasn't an evil chracter he would be on my favorite chracters list...

I really like MIYU from Mai HiME but I don't know if she counts since she turned good in the final episodes.

Eh ... So far i can only remember Sesshiomaru (Inuyasha) he's very very cool super cool guy! N also Sasame (pretear) even in d begining he is one d good side but becos he luv d evil woman so he became d bad guy sob sob i really cry n went to "shock mode" for few mins....
