Hey guys, I was just wondering, because I'm still kinda new in the manga topic, can any of you recommend me a good, shounen manga ('Naruto' kind), meaning with lots of action, spectacular fights and maybe some humour?

I would personally recommend 'One Piece', because it's funny but also has many, spectacular fights (especially with Zoro and Sanji).
Also '666 Satan' is a great series (it was made by 'Naruto' maker's brother), especially if it goes for humor and art.
You may also like 'Shaman King' and 'Flame of Recca' (even though it's a little dated).

Yes, one piece is sure a great one to start. Luffy will make u laugh ur lungs out.

Pretty face is good too - makes you laugh all the way till the end. ^^

My suggestions:

1. Kenshin: If you like Samurai, blood and fights, you'll like this one!

2. Black Cat: It's pretty relaxing, I find... there is humor and battle scenes

3. DeathNote: I don't exactly know if it's shounen, because it could be both, but... You won't find many battle scenes, but there definitely is lots of mind playing, battles of will and mystery... a lot of text, but it's really worth it! You can find it here.

And finally, pay a visit to Stoptazmo or to Be With You Scans. Look around, you might find something interesting. Though there might not be many action-loaded mangas at Be With You Scans. Try anyways, though.^^

Oh, and if you like gore, there's always "Gantz". That's why I didn't finish it... just the first chapter is kind of dusgusting, but if you're that kind of person, why not?

My friend just finished "Bleach". I didn't read it yet, but she says it's a really good manga...

If im not mistaken, bleach is almost a good one I suppose, although the anime is better than the actual manga IMO.

I'll second Rurouni Kenshin and Flame of Recca. Kenshin is very good, particularly once you get past the introductory arc and get into Kyoto and Jinchuu. Especially Jinchuu, which never got animated (which is a pity). Flame of Recca's story isn't as interesting, but the art gets ridiculously awesome as it gets near the end.

Kenshin is 28 volumes, FoR is 33.

rurouni kenshin is good... actually, if you like naruto, i recomend peacemaker kurogane. the main character has the same personality as naruto does, it's scary.

Samurai fights, action, and humor? Okay... how about fan-service? (*~.^*) I'd recommend Samurai Deeper Kyo (the manga mind you, the anime was a travesty of a storyline).

Anything in Shonen Jump, Bleach, Ruroni Kenshin... hmm... guess I read alot of shojo...
