Just to put it out there...I barely watch MTV at all, but I've found that the
channel that is so well known for MUSIC...doesn't have any...is this just
another example of why the world is so messed up lol...well...what do u think?

that is. If you wanna see videos wake up early like at 6 (like me on the
weekdays) and its on till like 9. 3 hours of videos! Enjoy!

Yah... when I move in the US, its very rare or none at all that I see music
videos in MTV. Unlike MTV Asia, which shows mostly are about the "music
videos." (at least its like that when I was still there). I only see music
videos on TRL but its only clips from the video, not even half of it.
Yeah, MTV is all about reality shows now. No more music. You need to get MTV2 if
you want music television (or, like RabienRose said, wake up really early). The
same goes for VH1, nothing but reality/talk shows.
I don't watch MTV because they don't have music on there anymore. I usally watch
fuse when I get up in the morning and the news(got to know if its rainy or
sunny). I hate that they don't play as much music anymore. I agree it is just
another sign of how messed up this world is.
Yeah Fuse is cool. MTV probably doesn't have music anymore because they can't
keep audiences by simply showing music videos all day. Plus there's competition
from other music television channels nowadays. 'Reality shows', specials, and
awards ceremonies are all about getting advertisers to pay them $$ so those at
the top can stay rich. Also it's prime exposure for celebrities.
As for mtv2, I used to watch it a lot, but even now the crap on MTV has leaked
onto it.
I don't really like MTV at all. I feel as though the people that is on MTV are
all fakes. Reality my a$$! And the music sucks most of the time. All I saw was
rap music when I was watching before (not sure if that is still the case now).

synching in front of some corny-ass background, (no matter HOW much i love them)

started on the HipHop music videos (i love rap an r&b, tho) ....maybe they
stopped the music videos because the ratings go down....once you've seen a
video, would you watch it again and again? they get borrringgg....and reality
tv, no matter how shallow or vapid it is, can be entertaining....i LOVE watching
idiots on tv and making fun of them, but it DOES get old....and the world has
been messed up wayyy before MTV was ever thought of, so don't even bother with
