I'm gettting a Xbox soon as my second gaming consle (Ps2 being my first) and I
would like to know what games I should get? I like FPS, RPG and actions games,
so if you have any recomemdations (Sp?) I would greatly apreciate it.
Well, Halo is the obligatory purchase. Jade Empire is really good, has
literally *reams* of spoken dialogue, in addition to being visually stunning.
Personally, I'd suggest getting Jet Set Radio Future and Gunvalkyrie. You can
probably find them for really cheap, since most people passed them over. I'll
warn you that GunValkyrie is unbelievably hard, in fact, the learning curve is
probably exponential, but it's one of the best games I've ever played. JSRF is
just cool, there's really nothing like it, and probably will never be anything
like it again. Also, Panzer Dragoon Orta is kinda cool, if you are into that
sort of thing. Sudeki is kind of a charming RPG, but it's not all that deep.
Probably best for a rental.
i guess if I had to pick 3 games, it would be Halo, Jade Empire and Gunvalkyrie.

Thats why I like to hire games and test them first. im not going out and buying
a game just because one guy says it's good. With this post im just getting a
general idea of what games I should look into, like halo for eg. four people has
said halo would be a good game to buy.
Gladius is a pretty decent, underrated game for both the Xbox and PS2. That is,
if you're into turn-based tile format strategy games similar to like say Tactics
Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics.
I don't like FPSs, yet I LOVED Halo(not Halo 2, one of the worst endings ever),
so go get that as well. Get Fable. It's short, but it's fun while it lasts.
Also, if you have enough technical skills, mod your Xbox. Xbox Media Center +
fansubs = otaku heaven.

Have to agree with you. I couldn't imagine
basing the videogames I buy from other people especially with games costing as
much as they do. (plus you can't even return them if you open them.)
Why r u getting n xbox now? Why dont u just wait till next year and get the Xbox
360 even tho the graphics r worst than ps3 and ps3 will dominate over 360.

get ninja gaiden first, then dead or alive 3+ ultimate + xbv.
also get halo 1+2, shenmue, blinx, onimusha, soul calibur 2.

get "Galaxy Angel: Eternal Lovers" and "Galaxy Angels: Moonlit Lovers" really worth the $$$
or just get some known games like "Halo 1/2" or "Need For Speed 1/2"

I would say Jade Empire, it's really a mainstream RPG but it really has a good vibe.

You should get Get Star Wars:Knights of the Old Republic 1 or 2. Also try Guilty Gear XX #Reload and anything made by Team Ninja
I recommended Halo 2, Splinter Cell:Chaos Theory, Silent Hill 4, DOA Ultimate, GTA San Andreas, Fable, and NFS Underground 2.

PS 3 trailers only trailers....no real ingame scenes...do you remember/forgot the start of the PS 2
no not really, i was too poor back then to even dream of getting one.
halo! i guarantee you its the best game on xbox to this day, and also you might ant to get some of the medal of honor games, those are pretty good.
