Does anyone out there have Animenetwork? I have been beating up my cable company
for if, but I don't live in a big city. Can any one tell me how it is? Is it
worth it? Will I have a reason to turn the TV from the SCIFI channel to
something else?
I don't know about Animenetwork, but G4 Tech TV has a few shows every now and
then, and Adult Swim on Cartoon Network has a bunch of shows on Saturday
evenings.

yea and animenetwork is awesome its anime 24/7 all kinds of anime possible are
on....it rocks!
I am not sure if it matters to you, but most of the anime I think you will see
on the Animenetwork is that released through ADV. It is there station afterall
so they do favor the anime they help to bring over in translation.
I really that that is bad to be downloading all of the anime, and though poorer
for it, I am also proud to own each of the anime series I have watched.
Anyway, they also seem to love Steel Angel
Kurumi on that channel. People I know who have it say that is almost a
constant no matter what other changes they might make to their schedule.
i do get the cartoon network sat night splash, but they only offer so many. and
i know that it is also heavely edited. agggghhh!!!!! i hope the anime net is
better.
watch out here comes the soap box.....as for the down loading i hope you all
would respect the copyright laws. i too am proud to have purchased all my
anime/manga, but someone tell me why it's getting more expensive to buy the
titles i want.
Because everything is getting more expensive these days, everything it seems
even some manga which is going up a dollar from the 9.99 price of most manga and
yeah that made me sound much older then I am, but it's also the truth.

DVDs with like, 5 episodes (sometimes even as few as 3!) cost anywhere from
$30-80 in Japan. No, I'm not kidding. Usually the $80 come in sexy packaging or
have extras like what Bandai USED to do, but still, that much for only a fifth
of a series... O_o
i have found a few venders on line that do a good job of packaging anime for a
decent price. sundevil.com and multidisk.com i found them on ebay. got all of
live hina for $20, vandread for $23, trigun fro $25 ect chk them out.
Sounds like some sweet deals, but their sites didn't work. Even searched for
them as usernames/sellers on Ebay and couldn't find them. Did you buy from them
recently?
sorry you had trouble looking up the sites. multidiscs.com or sundevildvd.com or
on ebay at multidiscs or sundevildvd. hope that works for you. i just chk'd them
and was able to pull them up on the net today.

That sounds cool, but with my computer I really don't think I need it.
