Although taking a nap will sometimes throw off my schedule, I think it's a great
way to just rest for a few hours and regain your energy. I'm usually really
tired, so I need this.
Half and half. Sometimes naps are awesome, and sometimes they just make the day
harder for me. I love falling asleep for a nap, but i usually hate the feeling
when I wake up, so I hardly take naps.
Sometimes naps can really help me out. I only need about 30 minutes of sleep and
I'm good to go for the rest of the day. The only thing that's bothering me is
that I fall asleep during studying. I really need to find a non-drug way to help
me solve that problem. Suggestions, anyone?

Yay. Definitely Yay. In fact, I just took a 3 hour nap. So yes, naps are good.
