RSS for highlighted submissions?

Would it be possible to have an RSS (really simple syndication) feed for minitokyo's highlighted submissions? It would probably not be a good idea for submissions in general as there are so many and without a thumbnail (which I don't think RSS supports, correct me if I'm wrong) you wouldn't know which you want to look at.

With the highlighted submissions, though, it might save on bandwidth as people would not be checking the site, they could just go when there is an update. Possibly there could be a second RSS feed that includes the other submissions as well. And maybe even one for current forum threads. Or notifications. The list is endless and of course not all of it is practical. The mods would have to decide what could and couldn't be done.

Forgive me if this has been suggested before. I think I would find this helpful. Would the rest of you guys also use it?

You can see tumbnails, i use one to see the updates from applegeeks and that shows picture's.

First thigns first sorry for bumping this up again (16wk is a lo of time)
But iw as acctually searhing for the rss button here so i used teh search option rather then creating a new tread. Hope some1 takes the libberty of creating one or can ask some1 to make one (rss page)

DakX, if you searched and didn't find a more recent thread on RSS, then the fact that you used this thread wouldn't hurt too much. lol

The highlighted submissions may be workable, but if that involves extra work by the gallery mods, then I'm not too sure how that'd work you.

Recent forum threads I think would be a waste of resources if we did RSS. There's simply too many duplicates, spam, etc. for an RSS to be of any real practical use.
