I usually isolate myself from others so I can concentrate a lot better on what was my own troubles. After a while, I would come back again as if I vanished in the world and feel a lot more refreshed that I've got myself into.

It's probably not the best idea, but I do learn from my own mistakes and somehow my heart tells me to prevent from happening again.

thats what I do
isolate myself to clear my head

or listen to soothing music
like I'm doing now

When I'm moody, I go to sleep. I always wake up in a good mood. ^_^'

I go to my room, shut the blinds, close the door, turn up the rap music and lay in my bed. If that doesn't do it, then I grab my katana from my room, go outside, and slice fruit while laughing my ass off.

lol come to think of it. I can't remember the last time i was moody.

Moody? Too laid back to be moody, lol ;)

I usually listen to calm music when I get moody.

I guess..... i will go to sleep, or do anything i like in my room just by my self.

Well, I know that it is not the best way to deal with it, but I calmy walk away and then destroy something. Umm, I try not to hurt anyone because you usually get in trouble for being stronger, not that it matters who started it or anything. However, once I have the energy I have to let it out by breaking something or very hard meditation to relive the stress. Then again I am usually a pretty peacefull guy, so that only happenes if you do something pretty bad to me.

sleep
but i almost never ever get mad, but still do sleep alot

I`m trying to calm myslef in meditation.
usually works

-> I usually avoid any social contact (easier said tha done).

either hard gaming or taking a walk somewhere peaceful, usually where there's nature, at night. i usually go past midnight when it's darkest

think of nothing, and i will calm down

When I feel grumpy, sometimes I go lay down and take a nap, or do something else to make me feel better. :) Hard to tell sometimes.

Bryon

well I just listen to music but if I'm really moody than I start cussing for no good reason and I'll punch at the air. or I'll just lay aganist the wall in my room for hours.

grab my running shoes and md player. Then it is out of the door to do some running for me. I find it very relaxing and calming.

I usually hit plushies.
...I'm not a sociopath, though! D:

I'll play grand theft auto San andreas or someother vidio game, read, draw, sometimes without doing anything special i'll just snapout of the mood i was in and go back to the way i was befor the bad mood.

Think of something that totally makes you laugh or something random and begin a train of thought so that you forget you were upset in the first place.

When I'm moody I try to listen to music. The kind that calms me down. =) And then well...I just lie down 4 awhile.

I sit in a pitch plack room by myself.
Just sit for hours until I relax.
I do this to prevent myself from saying things I might regret.

When I'm moody I lock myself in my room.. and listen to depressive music until I cry... and then I go to bed.. and maybe I'll wake up with a better mood... if it's really bed then it goes on a few days... but then everything goes up once again...
Or I call my best male friend... just talking to him makes me feel better... we're close and I know he cares... but talking with him about other things not my problems.. makes me feel better...
