me? hmm.... i write about my feelings... i thinks its a good way to make me feel
better.... while i'm writing about it, i ended up writing something good (i
think it is... i don't really know) but i'm not quite sure how you see my
opinion, try it to see for yourself if it'll help....
I go somewhere quite with no distraction and meditate also think about if the
problem is really worth my time getting angry over, most of the time i realize
that the problem is really stupid to get angry over.
When I'm pissed I run in2 my room with the music turned up full blast and then
scream but you wouldn't really hear me though XP
and after a while I should have calmed down in 1 or 2 hours or so
if i'm feeling moody i usually go work out, or head to the dojo... nothing like
getting your ass kicked around to get your mind off stuff. the pain and
humility afterwards are more than enough =p

Port wine or Wushu, depends a bit on the mood of the moodiness.
I watch tv, and surf the net, while listening to meditation cds.

usually i lock myself in my room and write in my diary, write all the things that upsets me, and i feel better after

I usually draw alone while listening to my headphones.
I would go to my room, shut the door and just listen to some music to calm my nerves.
LOL, I do that too. Sleep is the way to go !
Sleep or if that's not possible just isolate myself in a trance while playing games...It really calms me down..Or going on the computer.
i usually clean and lube my paintball marker, or listen to music, or i go to sleep.
Music calm me down.
