i do at times when my mind is perplex about something or i am not feeling well.
so when that happens i take something that will put me to sleep or just drink
till i feel sleepy hahaha
no, no trouble at all. I'm not the type that I'll lay down and fall right to
sleep, it takes me couple minutes or so, but never actually had the problems of
can't fall asleep or wake up in the middle of the night.

when the time comes to 10 pm n i haven't sleep..tht's mean i can't sleep anymore

so i used to sleep at 9 pm n woke up at 3 am (sometimes earlier) to online XP
i usually sleep at school...but the worst of tht i'm easily forget....is tht
cause of my sleeping trouble?
i wish i could get to sleep the instant i fell to my pillow...maybe then i would
get more rest usually it takes me an hour to fall asleep, and then i become
half-conscious halfway throughout the night.... my parents always pester me when
im tired in the morning and say to go to sleep earlier, but i don't think that's
the problem....

what helps is changing ends, like sleeping with my head around the other end
where my feet normally with me

My troubles with sleep are only solved through forced will. I eliminate
troublesome surroundings, like friends over too late and force my mind to go
into fantasy land, sometimes with music, and fall into dreamland
slowly.
I've suffered from insomnia for years, that is the only way I was able to solve
it. A heightened awareness of surroundings, doing something about it, then
forcing fantasy in a fake world of my imagination.
I feel that my sleeping habits are a bit unsusal. At night, i need absolute
silence & darkness in order to fall asleep. Unfortunately, this never helps
since i have insomnia. During the day, I feel so out of energy, I can't help but
fall asleep just about anywhere.
I cant get to sleep easily unless I am really tired. If I'm not really tired,
I'll just lay in my bed awake for at least half an hour. Normally I cant get to
sleep at all if I'm really going agaisnt my sleeping patterns.
I like to stay awake until I cant think straight (normally 14 hours), and sleep
until I just naturally wake up (no alarm). Recently, I've been awake during 13
to 4ish (24-hour time).
I have a hard time getting to sleep a lot. I'll lay in bed for hours until I go
to sleep. I have a really hard time falling asleep in the day or when I have
light in a room. What makes it worse is I'm a really light sleeper...
have you guys tried reading a book before going to bed, that usually makes me
sleepy. Or a really hot shower ,that will help relax you and will probably help
you sleep well too.

I don't have trouble sleeping, I just can't sleep any earlier than 12 am...right now it's 12:10. What's the matter Wolfmaster are we still worried?

Sometimes, if anyone spiked my drink with caffeine, i can forget about sleeping lol.
