I mean... I cry too... But many people tend to say that "Boys don't
cry" and stuff like that... Is it wrong to express your feelings too
sometimes? Why does the world think of it this way?
Its too hard to explain by typing why the world is this way but men aren't
supposed to cry
In front of people anyway , no
point explaining why just have to know that men aren't supposed to
That's stupid if u feel like crying u shoud cry.I'm not saying that u shoud cry
a river evry time somebody tell u something bad but the best way to feel better
is to let it all out.I found punching a punching bag is affective too.And the
manly shit crap u can save when u are showing off or stuff like that. No matter
who u are there are somethings or events that the best way to deal with is just
to cry.....Anyways that what i think......
umm its not like a bad thing to cry but definetly not in front of anyone, but
ive seen some of my friends cry...pretty sad actually, since they seemed like a
type of person that wouldnt give a thought to anything that harms them
emotionaly
It is beyond manly to cry. I wept the day that my love left me. I wept for my
hero, Dimebag Darrel Abbott, when he was shot to death before his adoring fans.
I wept when I saw bls' tribute to him, In
This River. I weep every day that I make music, for you cannot play songs of
sadness and mourning without being so emotionally devastated as to make it
happen.
Only a real man can cry. There are few things more moving for a man to do in
front of others, for the stereotype precedes their feelings.
Awesome, looks like other people have got the guts to stick their necks out and
admit that they're real men, too! Rawk on! Weep for all those guys who can't
keep in touch with their own feelings!!
boys cry sometimes...i do...but i think the reason we normally don't is more
like a matter or pride or something stupid like. then again, if you go by the
general consensus of it's not manly to cry, that's probably made by some social
stereo-type from ages ago and doesn't have to necessarily be true.
Quote by NiGHTSChaoMen are people too
smiley thus they are alowed to have problems like everyone else and they can
cry
i almost cut my thumb off once and was rushed the ER and i didn't cry. ...just
thought i'd throw that in there
i have noe problem wit a guy cryin it just means they have a sensitive side. but
if a guy cries a lot den dat is just freaky. n i personally think dat guys
usually dont cry because they r suppose to be strong n like if there gf waz
cryin they should help her out. but a gf help out a guy who is cryin is strange.
hahhahahah this is a good topic. heres how it it.......hmp. manly my but. i'll
tell u how it is.....a real man needs to know when to cry and when not to cry.
and a real man would cry when it is nessacary. thoughs who hold back constantly
are the ones who are afrade and are cowards...because if they wern't
afraid...why hold back. u need to know when and when no tto cry. but of course
dont be stupied about it like...."oh no....i got a paper
cut....waa..." unless its like a cm deep.
It's stupid to repress your emotions and not express your true feelings, I find
men who don't cry and pretend to be strong to be much weaker people than those
who aren't afraid to express their true feelings and emotions.
Control of emotions is one thing, completely hiding your emotions and pretending
they don't exist is another, it's a sign of weakness. People who are trully
strong aren't afraid to openly express themselves.
When there's a good reason for crying you should cry if you feel like it.
Crying is one of the less violent way of expressing my more negative feelings.
Be glad that I choose crying over violence. I'm pretty sure more people would
prefer I cry about something than go crack some random skulls. Just my opinion,
though.
I read in the Reader's Digest "The secret lives of men," that involved
a lot of emotions with men. Unless the man in question is a machine, they will
cry eventually (look at the soldiers that witnessed the Jews in the
concentration camp on D-Day, several of them were battle-heartened, yet they
cried when they witnessed the Jews)

that would suck

I could really care less if a guy cries. I don't see a problem with it, guys are human... I just don't like to see a guy cry, but I don't mind it.

i cry, i don't think you are weak if you do, its natural to cry.

C'mon, everyone has a right to cry... And if a guy does cry, praise him... He's brave enough to do so.
Awesome, looks like other people have got the guts to stick their necks out and admit that they're real men, too! Rawk on! Weep for all those guys who can't keep in touch with their own feelings!!
HA!. . . men dont cry. . . *runs away crying*
lol
I think it's alright for guys to cry. I mean not like in any occasion but I think there's moments where not everyone can hold in tears.
I cry sometimes... and I'm a guy... but not in public. Not in front of anyone. If I have to do it, I do it alone. Why? It's just stupid pride. ^_^

We're only allowed to cry when we get hit in the testicals because *that* sort of pain is crazy.
guys just dont cry as openly as girls do, and also not over petty thing
I'm 22 and the last time I really cried was when I was 13.
