When I was two, I had a bad allergic reaction and almost died, but I don't
really remember it.
When I was four, I was standing on a statue that was next to a tree, and on the
tree was a big rusty anchor hanging down. I slipped off the statue, fell, and my
neck caught on the tip of the anchor, and it almost ripped my throat out.
Luckily it missed my windpipe. The weirdest thing about this was that I remember
falling and getting my neck sliced, but I don't remember any pain. Then I passed
out a few seconds later.
I was on a camp and we had this one section where we were mounteneering down the
side of this rock face. We didn't expect we'ld have to so all we had were ropes,
no harnesses or anything. On the way down we dropped two of our backpacks that
went rolling all the way to the bottom. At one point i was below one person with
my backpack on, standing on a tiny little ledge. I heard someone above my head
scream out "rock" so naturally i jumped forward about a meter (which
is all the ledge would allow). After jumping forward a meter a boulder, not a
rock but a boulder, probably about 50cm across, fell down and struck my
backpack. it landing on my backpack almost made me fall down the rockface. If i
didn't jump forward this thing would have struck me in the head and i would have
been rolling down the rockface to. If i hadn't have jumped forward that meter we
would have been in the middle of no-where and chances are i would have died

Yep, and it wasn't quite nice. Traumatic experience, this was.
To sum everything, when I was 11, we had a Honda, and it was beautiful, and some
robbers thought the same when they saw the car. Well, they decided to enter the
place where I used to live at 6:30 am and blocked the exit of the place with a
mini-van. So my 16 year old brother starts the car and parks it so my parents,
sister and me would come out and then just leave. He noticed that these robbers
had guns, so he locked himself in the car. I started coming out of my house when
I saw them and they saw me, so decided to do everything in their hands to have
it... One grabbed me by the hand and had his gun in my head and started
screaming orders. Me, of course, petrified and crying a river or two while the
maid said in the house that some people were taking me and threatened my brother
to kill him. My dad yelled to him so run over him or do anything so they
wouldn't get the car, so he acceletares to the max and eventually crashes into
the wall of a neighbor's house; the car totaled, but a robber followed him in
the small street we used to live and shot some bullets. Two almost hit my
brother, and would've if he moved, but he didn't. Me, still being carried by the
leader of the robbers while all the neighbors started to come out of their
houses with handguns and shotguns, mostly; my dad runing and trying to shoot the
man while not hurting me, but instead decided to not shoot or accidents could
happen. Everyone escaped and the guy threatened everyone that he would shoot me,
so only my dad moved with his handgun, ready to fire. I was released after a
couple of minutes and the guy went running some blocks; my dad chased him but he
ran away. Me and my brother were okay, both in tears and afraid of dying so
young... Nothing happened, and even if the car was destroyed, that wasn't the
matter; my parents cired out of obvious happiness and relief to see that we were
alive.
That's pretty much it, trying to sum it up with some details and everything.
Really, people can kill here for a cellphone. =/
Ive had a few once my twin and I fell into the middle of a lake before we could
swim and almost drowned,when I was little I also drank javex,once I was cornered
by two really mean dogs luckily the owner was near by,Ive also been in a few car
accidents and a couple of other stupid incidences
I nearly got hit by a taxi in SangHai when I was 11. Luckily my brother pushed
me. Thanks to him, I get to live again... [:
It happened this year too, I almost got hit by a car (more of like a small
truck), maybe I was stoning or thinking and I didn't remember to look around but
my friend who was beside me pulled me all of a sudden and that car just wooosh~
passed me. That was close... xp
I had my near death experience on September 23, 2005. On that day, I was driving
at night to attend a class for tutoring and something unexpected happen. For
some unknown reason my cup of hot coffee came off the holder and spiled onto my
lab. I turn my attention away from the road for a second to and when I look
back, I was heading towards a road sign. In an instand I suddenly turned to the
left, almost hit an on coming car, and went in the bushes off the road.
Fortunantly, no one was injured including me. When I got out to check out the
damage on my SUV, and see if I hit the raod sign or not, I realized that if I
haven't turn to the left then I would of drove off a 60-foot steep clift and
there were no bounderies to keep the cars from going off-road like the ones on
the highways. Besides the fact that I could have end up in the hospital or die
at that night, the thing that scared me the most is the fact that I could have
severly injured or killed someone since I almost struck a car head on while
traveling at 45 mph.
I'll never drink coffee or take my eyes off the the road or a second again.
Overall, I consider myself lucky eventhough I was and still grounded for
putting a small dent in the car. I still have my licence though and I'm still
driving by myself. I know that accidents can happen but seriously hoped that
what happened to me at that night will never happen to me again.

was like 7. See I can't swim and a so called friend of mine thought it would be
funny if she pushed me into the deepend of her new pool. So she did. I was
trying so hard to get out my lungs were filling and my life really flashed
before my eyes. I saw everything it was scary. So I went under and lucky for me
her mom saw it and jumped in and saved me before I died. I was just a few
seconds from death. And also my mother when she was giveing birth almost died
and I almost went with her. So that was another time to. But it's funny my
bigest fear is drowning and I have almost drown 3 times in my life. Why people
think it's so funny to push someone into a pool knowing they can't swim is way
beond me. Great question tho. (*^_^*) Oh and I'm sorry to here about your bad
happenings.

two, nearly drown as i wasnt a good swimmer when i was young
three, not sure if it counts but a frend stopped this guy who had a knife and he
went for me ... but my frend whooped his butt, so couldnt say if it was guna be
near death
i've been stabbed 6 times shot twice beaten numerous times had my eye stabbed
out almost bled to death in such situations but there is a saying what does,nt
kill you makes you stronger

Okay....anyways....um...ya I've almost died in a few occasions...I got this gash
on the side of my head when I was like...I dunno......6? Well...the doctor said
I just missed some important part of my brain....luckily it didn't go too deep
^-^ And also..I fell from a tree when I was 9, and amazingly I grabbed a
branch....a thin one....then it broke....but it broke my fall ^-^ The tree was
like.....VERY tall...and I was like at the top...it was so sweet man. I wish I
got it on tape.
hmm, the closest near death experience for me would be, o think when i was 12,
or 13. at my old house there was a canail that lead to the gulf of mexico, the
canail had a lot of fish and crabs, also some alligators came in. there were
three diffrent ones that came. one day a few friends that were from out of town
and i were fishing. one of the alligators was there one the other side of canail
which was somewhat 35 feet away. i cant remember why, but i almost fell in! but
only my fishing rod fell in. that was close. but my friends where there so they
would have pulled me out in time im sure, and the water wasn't to deep, and it
was a medium size alligator, so i could take it, lol. so later i got my rod out
the water, and went one with my life.
i was running the store on my own...and i was held at gunpoint...yea i froze for
a bit and said i was goin to die...then i couldnt let the store be robbed again
cuz my mom suffered alot from it...i locked the doors and called the police...we
were shouting behind the glass door and stuff...police showed up and it turns
out that the guy didnt hav the gun loaded...i felt stupid

OMG now that you mentioned it, yeah i nearly died drowning. the saddest part is,
my bro and couzins were just there staring at meh doing nuffing until they
realized that i was drowning....

Yeh that would be freaky....it would be sad if they didnt notice and just
watched u till u drowned...drowning would be scary (yeh i know there are more
people who almost have).
