hm, very good question, in my fantasy everything starts out very spontainously without the other person knowing about my intention. it could be anywhere at any time, doesnt matter if it's somewhere out in public. the main point would be to tease her, making her feel embarrassed until she blushes (but not uncomfortable) while nobody understands what's going on, that would take up most of the interest compared to the very short act itself. then everything happens very fast, very ecstatic but unnoticed without exposing much of yourself, either trying to hide from the public while being right in the center of it (but somehow hidden) or even being watched by everybody.
