Eveywhere i look and see a female anime/manga charcter they always seem to be
very attractive wether if they are good or bad. The males however differ all
the time...u got ur hero, fat guy, muscle dude, and ugly freak.
well i think because most of the ppl who watch anime are mostly boys and very
few girls watch anime and since boys are perverts lol (well most of them) the
make them have big breasts and very sexy figures)
sex appeal...no doubt. but i think there should be at least a little bit more
realism in anime, put then again i watch anime to escape from realiy and relax.
I don't think they are all cute, u get the ugly one once in awhile.......hehe
that reminds me of when konohamaru turns into a fat women....haha thats ugly.
Also, in anime you don't really get different looking females.....like in a
series if you look closely most are drawn in the same style with same looking
faces, the female lead may have better hair or clothing but the average female
on the street looks pretty much the same (maybe not as detailed....thats
all)......just my point of view though
I'm going to have to disagree. Not all the girls I've seen in anime are what I
would call 'attractive'
Every series will have their one or two hotties, but I find that the rest of
them are alot like the general population. They've all got their ups and downs.
But that's my opinion.

I'll go with what everyone have said *agreeing wize* with the exception that the
artists TRY to draw 'cute' girls, some of them just arne't that good at it or
they're trying to make a chick flick.

yeh only that are atractive all depends on the way they look, act and amount of
fanservice provided. all this is to help peek interest, just like girls like to
see hot guys but not all guys are hot.

now, think of how the anime cover would be and the promotions will be,,,,

but you have ugly girls....

To answer your question you have to ask yourself this question- Would you rather look at an attractive full body women or a obese, buttaface women?

answer: because a lot of anime is aimed at teens. Teenage girls may wish to look like the characters they see... guys just wish to look at them xd
