In my opinion, i think inuyasha does. Some of the best anime music ever. God, i
like just about every op/ed theme. So addicting. The instrumentals are very well
done too, and appropiate for the story.
Cowboy Bebop. Opening Theme is perfect. The various types of music from acid
jazz to slow ballads to opera make it one of the most expansive works around.
The sounds make me happy, sad, ready to fight or leave me wanting to chill on my
porch. I love the show in large part because of the sound track. The two cannot
be seperated.
definitely fullmetal alchemist and mai-hime. fullmetal has some REALLY BEAUTIFUL
themes and really sad too... you can feel the sorrow and melancholy of the scene
in the music... EVERY OP AND ED IS AWESOME. mai-hime is just so different.. who
would've thought hearing techno-beats mixed with gregorian-chant-like singing?
and kimi ga sora datta has got to be one of my favourite songs...
FLCL. the pillows were definately a good choice for the anime. The songs
complement the events and mood of the anime wonderfully :P Not to mention the
music is just plain awesome :P
Full Moon wo Sagashite, I never get sick of hearing myco...had to buy the cds
too, including the new Full Moon Live, just waiting for it to arrive Air,
and I love I know its not really anime, but Final Fantasy...geez I have bought
every soundtrack from them and piano collections....

Gundam SEED OST (Find the Way and Mizu no Akashi),
and Rave's "Kohaku no Yurikago". Also some OST from other anime.

Kimagure Orange Road has the best OSTs.. Simply because it has so many of them that are good.
None
of the others have anywhere near as many songs.
Fantastic Children had a gread soundtrack too though.
