I came from a poor family but I have big dreams... Having considered that
because quality education here has *quite astronomical* tuition fees, I have to
work hard for a scholarship... maybe abroad... getting separated from my
family...
... Just wanna know if you share the same life with me...
You'll eventually find a college or university that will support you for your
grades and give you scholarships from there. Also, as
long as you apply for more scholarships, the payment in the end will be minimal.
I am also running low on money, but my parents pay college for me. It has become
quite expensive in recent years though, so more and more people get stressed out
because they end up paying too much and therefore must go to work to pay off
college. You'll make it. ^_^
normally a college will give you a scholarship if your gpa is above 3.5 and have
an acceptable SAT/ACT score. of course, if you plan on attending ivy league
school, then you'd better just pray to god you'll get in with those
scores.
in any case, short on money? get a loan, and pay it off when you achieve your
big dream. just remember that one wrong step that causes you to veer off course
will still mean that you'll have to repay the loan.
yupz! that's me! ^_^ i also share the same experience with you ^_^ but,... i
don't know how to deal with it also ^_^ but two suggestion:
1. you searched for scholarship as many as you can but don't forget to get good
marks also.
2. search another college that is cheaper.

I'm in same boat as you I wanna go to MICA, part of the registration process is
financial aid...
