Turn on the AC, drink cold water, eat ice cream, open a window or two, go to the mall (it's got AC), go down to the basement, and/or go swimming.

If I'm at home or at school, it should be fine since there are air conditions everywhere.
But if I have to go outside, I drink some cold water and then quickly find somewhere that has air condition to get in

dont u guys/gals have central air conditioning or just the machine for that room only?
for me, i have central ac and when its hot, i hide in the basement with my ac. ^_^

Turn up the AC, sit in the pool, or just find some shade and stop moving, eh?

With my ceiling fan and my regular fan. (A/C is always on in my house so that helps) I also drink cold apple juice/OJ/water/milk to beat the heat.

Everybody has problems with the heat!Usually I am not a person that has a lot of problems with the heat but when is really hot I drink cold water,make showers,stay in home and it could seem strange but I sleep a lot those days^_^!Bye bye!Hugs!

If you were to go outside on a terribly hot summer day with the sun shining brightly, here's a tip from my physics teacher:

soak a white woolly hat in cold water, rinse off excess water and put it into your head.

a) wool is an insulator. It keeps cold in and hot out.

b) white is not a color. white = reflects all light away from the surface. Therefore you will suffer the minimum from sun beams.

c) water will become warm and finally evaporate. Until all of it evaporates, you will stay cool.

d) you will attract attention from the opposite sex (well, pretty much everyone in the vicinity to be more exact )

e) you get to use the phrase "I am not stupid. I study higher level physics." ^^

drink lots of cola and turn the ac in my room and presto im cool not to mention wear really comfy clothes!

If I am at home, Turn the air-con. If I am outside, go to the air-coned shopping mall. Air-con all the way! hehehe

I unfortuneatly live in the dessert AC with all of the lights off couse they do create heat.

i have several paper fans, ice cubes are good too if i'm near a freezer

Have all the curtains in the house closed, then the heat doesn't get in, of course it's incredibly dark and I can't see...*ouch!* Stupid chair.
