can anyone here teach me how to use adobe photoshop... i cannot match the
background and the anime character together... Too many tools to use, don't know
which 1 to use...
What about using the paint bucket and the eye dropper tool? Um, I can help you
but there is a website you can visit that can help you more. 1st of all. Go to
the www.adobe.com website and check out their
tutorials. If you dont like them go to www.good-tutorials.com. If you still
dont know what to do. See help insid eof photoshop or contact me.
and in the end, flatten the layers, and put a lighting effects filter on
it...
that usually helps make it easier to match it
or do u have a foreground character, and u want to create a background from
scratch?
if thats the case...it takes more than jus knowin wut photoshop tools to use
^__~
well, i just played around and found out most of the tools on my own.....i did
get a book eventually on how to use it, but it was to late, i already knew
practically all the stuff that it said in it i did get
alota of tips from my friends, friends on here, and in really life really helped
me! ^.^
It may not be what you want to hear but I would say:
"Learn by doing."
Just try everything. After you know the basics you can ask for specific
questions.
actually I am also the kind of guy to learn by playing around. though I am still
not that skilled as other people are, but it is more fun this way.
otherwise, yes, there are many tutorials out there, but I happen to be too baka
as to follow them
I think you mean more that your background doesn't suit your character because
your background is too realistic?
I'm confused too lol.
If you are looking for a scenic wallpaper, you would go and get some pentool
tutorials. With pentools you simply find a stock photo and on a separate layer,
outline the stock. Then you colour it in. That way it's not realistic and suits
the anime style more.
The colour adjustments have already been stated above... but that was how I
interpreted this thread @_@ That the styles didn't match perhaps
This thread is a community contribution thread where members who find good
tutorial sites can post the links there. I'm sure it can be of some help to you.

levels | curves | colour adjustments | hue/saturation

go practice on tutorials and ask for help when you are troubled. Dun just blurt out about this when you might not have tried the tutorials yourself.
cant match it? what specifically do you mean you cant match it?
just mess around and practice
All i can say is test out lots of tutorials and get a feel for how photoshop works. You would be surprised at how helpfult hey really are.

Look for tutorials, as EternalParadox and then just try and learn. That's the only and best way to do it
