I love FPS because they're fast paced and full of non-stop action. So far I've
played Half-Life 2, F.E.A.R., Farcry, Halo 1&2, and System Shock 2. All five
games are really good so I recomend anyone who hasn't played them to play. Most
likely there will be sequels to four of the titles but so far no word on a
System Shock 3. If you have a favorite shooter game not listed above then please
recomend one here.
Okay, thanks for the recommendations. Has anyone played Doom3? Is it just like
the old doom2 where you just go around blasting monsters or is there somewhat of
a story?
Hmmm....if you don't mind crappy graphics, I suggest you start Gunz
(htpp://www.gunzonline.com). It's a free online multiplayer that is very fast
paced.
It kind of depends on what you're looking for. Storyline and gameplay? I'd go
for Call of Duty 1 and 2, and Brothers in Arms. Brothers in Arms has a really
good command system in it too.
For straight up shooting, I'd agree with Unreal Tournament or something like
that. CS:Source is interesting too.

I play Unreal Tournament 2004.
Try Deus Ex, Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, and Timesplitters.

Counter-Strike: Source is where its at!

I second Deus Ex if you enjoyed System Shock 2!
