I like comedy anime, but i dont know what to watch... can you guys recommend something that will make me laugh?

Azumanga Daioh and School Rumble

oh the OVA Cosplay Complex (from the creators of hand maid may) is hillarious! you might want to check it out.
Azumanga is also pretty good

"He is My Master!" you should check out some reviews of this anime is reaaally funny, very nice and clear animation and is pure comedy, full of cruel and shameless jokes and all the charatcters are just Hilarious, specially that aligator give it a try! Itekimasu ^^

Those Who Hunt Elves is a funny series.

Watch One Piece, it is definitly a funny show to watch, just don't watch the english dub.

FLCL (Furi Kuri) is a great comedy! I have seen it several times and it still cracks me up! lol.

Hm, if u dun mind putting down ur brain while watching an anime and enjoy plotless plot, I recommend Excel Saga.
Cute, non-sexual connotation (more or less...), slice-of-life, non-drama comedy would be Azumanga Daioh
Good and not-too-dramaish romance comedy would be School Rumble
Sergeant Keroro (Keroro Gunsou) also quite good for a nice laugh
Hm...but all the above seem to focus more on japanese puns and cultural jokes...
Hm, Abenobashi is a good parody anime with somewat dubious plot..:P (at least more general parodies..)

For me, anything harem(1 guy / many girls) is usually funny

GTO, Green Green or Popotan [popotan is damn sad sometimes thou it contains comedy elements, lot of them]

For brain-melting, try Excel Saga or Dragon-Half. From what I've seen, Super Milk-chan, FLCL, and Bo-BoBo are equally bizzare. For something less intense with a mix of other elements, I'd reccomend Slayers, Lost Universe, Ranma 1/2, or Irresponsible Captain Tylor.
