The manga is by Oh! Great. Yes that is his pen name. Some say it's because his
real name when said fast sounds like that. Anyway, the manga contains awsome
fights, mega tons of fan service and a story so deep that the farther you go the
more confused you get because the road branches out so much (in a good way
though ) He draws women very beautifully. Many are very curvy but not all. The fight
scenes are so detailed you wonder how much time it took to draw all of that (and
how many assistants it took XP ). Not sure what else to say... If possible read
it before you see the anime only because the anime leaves certain things out.

too cause he was really good at editing and translating. Great quality scans
too!. He stopped because it was licensed. I think Dark Horse....no, I think DC
comics will be printing them but I don't know if they will edit out the extreme
stuff (nudity, rape scenes, etc....)

DC's CMX is publishing them. Unfortunately, their "100% the way the
original Japanese creators wanted you to see it" marketing line is a

I thought the Tenjou Tenge anime started out in a great way, but after the first
five or so episodes the story really slows down to almost nothing happeninga and
the animation becomes less good at the same rate. My advise would be not to
invest to much on the DVD-editon.

This is older than the one in the new series/licensing section, and is not a
duplicate. But the censorship issue - which apparently wasn't one when this
thread was created - seems critical to the manga and the other one goes in so
much depth about it, or has a lot of responses at least, it makes sense to use
that one instead.
