coz he has special ability that Kira never done. its to Detonate His MS in the
end of the Battle with Kira inside like when Aegis VS Strike.
Kira cuz he is the Ultimate Coordinator and he has the natural ability to be
able to pilot a Mobile Suit as if he had done it before
Also he has the Strike Freedom and that Gundam is like no other
as we see from GSD kira used Freedom and athrun used Savior and fought... well
result was athrun got beaten like an idiot..
and savior was much newer version of MS... which makes this worse... (they could
have fought bit longer!)

Kira wins from Athrun coz Freedom's Power is Stronger than Saviour which use
Duetrion Beam power source meanwhile Freedom uses N Jammer Canceler which enable
the suit to fight in unlimited energy.
so if it says Strike Freedom VS Infinite Justce they'll draw.
but if Athrun Detonate His MS in the end of battle he'll win.
Definetly Athrun. The reason is because if Kira wins, that's too predicable
since he's the ultimate coordinator. If you go back to Aegis vs Strike, the
Aegis definetly dominated. If the Aegis didn't run out of PS armour, he would've
fired and won.
guys you gota know that kira is newtype (well there are so many saying he is
not.. but at least i belive he is newtype)
and he is also ultimate coordinator and that combination just make him space
monster (LOL)
well about fight strike and aegis... kira never learned to pilot MS in the first
place unlike athrun he graduated academy with 1st place! (well second was always
yzak bwahaha poor guy)

i'd say athrun just because i'm an athrun fan, but truthfully, i'm not sure....i
doubt they'd fight anyway since they're both on the same side. but if they did,
it'll either end as a draw or kira will win...just because he's the

popular question - Kira vs Athrun, who will win? And heck, yeah, Kira will
ALWAYS win this poll. Reason? Ultimate Coordinator and stuff. SHeesh..
Seriously, I think both of them are equal. No one wins no one loses. Its a tie.
But I'm quite shocked yet happy to see that there are some people who votes for

I will have to agree... even with Athrun being a normal coordinator, he can

MS...it was evident in seed when they were both fighting their best trying to
kill one another...now their "fight" in GSD shouldn't really count imo
cuz athrun just stood there sitting on the fence thinking..."hm...zaft or
orb, zaft or orb...." to have kira chop him up...both of them have their
strengths...while kira relies on his "ultimate" coordinator instincts,
athrun relies on his zaft training and battle experiences so u would have a case
for either on them winning in a battle with one another

This is really hard as they are both really skillful in terms of piloting a
mobile suit. I wanna say Kira (coz I like him more than Athrun and I do think he
is better the better pilot) but like what others had said, due to his
personality, I think Athrun will win if they really fight. Kira is just too nice
I'd have to say it depends on how the fight turns out. If it becomes a ranged
battle, Kira definitely has the upper hand with his spam-fest gundam, however,
if it is a close combat battle, Athrun has the upper hand since his Gundam is
practically a blender.
I think Strike Freedom and Infinite Justice will both broken down like Strike and Aegis before.What do you think

Athrun! Kira will only win becuase he always get the much cooler and better MS than Athrun!
