How many video games turned into movies have been good? A very subjective
question, but from my standpoint there hasn't been even one. Why would these two
movies be any different? Different director, different script, different genre,
blah, blah, blah.....
Well, I take it back. I did enjoy final fantasy, but that was more of a name
being used for the sake of pulling in a particular fan base, as opposed to being
based on an actual game. I'm sure some guy with a mullet down to the middle of
his back will read this comment and go through the roof because I didn't give
street fighter- a piece of sh!t movie- some false recognition of excellence. I
hope these movies turn out well, so don't misunderstand. I just have to be
realistic about things. It really doesn't take much of a movie to please a
hard-core fan. As long as it is about thier favorite game they will love it,
whether it is worth the time or not. Some of us are easily entertained, but many
of us are not.
Saw the trailer to this movie and I have to say that it will live up like any
other video game gone movie, it will suk. The picked a bunch of sorry people for
the characters of it. Bleh, what a waste.

actress don't make justice to the characters. And how could they if the original
characters are definitely ecchi anime material.
Anyway this trailer reminds me a lot to the Van Damme's Street Fighter. REally
pathetic movie.

what will stop other producers from making movies of Ikkitousen or Tenjou
Tenge?

expectations for everything. They've completely ruined the game with their bad
choice of actors/actress. They should've just done like SquareEnix did with FF7,
a CG movie.

will Jann lee. I'm kinda glad even though Lei Fang is my favourite character, at
