well although the colours are there....the bg isn't so i can't really rate it...but i'd say 8/10 for the simple layout

I like the cool abstract background..but the tables are kinda out of whack! Or maybe that's just my resolution? So I'll give you 8.5/10

Nice, cute but maybe if u could make the blue lighter baby blue colour, then it would fit in to the cuteness. the motion blur and translucent really give it the effect.

i dislike the color orange.

there's a bunch of effects on that one part at the right of the scan, right part of the layout is a bit bare = contrasts with the heavily loaded left side..

Its ok not bad, some of the colors over power the text and make it hard to read for me. I would add some transparent boxes to it to help fix that. I know theres is a tut floating around here some where on how to do that.

Ecchi=boring.

Virtually no editing=more boring.

I hate biased opinions. you didn't rate mine on artistic skill but rather what it was themed. Anywho as for you..

Too red - add more shades of red
Background is boring all of it is black - add something more
Like you said use some creativity - all it is is two to three colors.

its.....too much blue, no contrast, making it look super plain.too plain.and the words are hard to read.plus, the elf girl sort of takes away the attention from the content of your page cos she's so....big.so yea.5/10

8/10 I like the whole vector theme and the color goes togather nicely. Only problem I see is the text, but atm theres nothing you can really do about it :P
