Bleach is a really good anime, like naruto. But some scenes are
illogical.
like Chad (or sado) saying to shibata that he grew up, and the boy said he can't
change his appearence because his a soul ; but Rukia and renji, and other
shinigami, have pasted there childhood in soul society.
And other exemple, when someone dies he could rest in peace but in bleach when
someone dies he has 2 path : become a hollow or go to soul society, but you can
see many shinigami or souls that steal sufferring after death.
There are other things like that.
What do you think about that ?
and other thing I want to say. It's about the new opening "ichirin no
hana" by "high and mighty color", this song rocks but it hasn't
any full version and doesn't appear in their album (they have only one).
Well, if you think about it, the series as a whole is full of holes(no pun
intended). Like why Ichigo even has the power he has. Every few days he gains a
"level up" per say and becomes exponentially more powerful. Meanwhile,
everyone else is just left where they are. The show is pretty much a pop anime.
It is made to appeal to a lot of people. It gives the masses what they want to
see in exchange for a storyline, or events that, even in their own created
world, make any sense. For example, none of the other characters from
Earth(Chad, Orihime, the Quincy) have done anything but be decoys for Ichigo.
In my opinion, the supporting characters are more interesting than the totally
stereotypical, angsting, teenage boy main character. The first story arc (26
episodes) took place over two or three months. This part has taken place over
only about 15 days. In about the first three episodes he takes about 10 of these
fifteen training. That means that about 22 episodes have only covered about 5
days of time in the story. In this time Ichigo has gone from a person relying on
pure instinct to a guy that takes on people with 100s of years of experience.
That is why I call this a pop anime. If he ever gets back to Earth, I don't see
how they are going to make a hollow that could even scratch him, seeing as how
he was already able to kill dozens of hollows and fend off a Menos Grande even
before he left. So I'm gonna have to call the BS card on Bleach.
It is entertaining, but past the first arc, its storyline sucks, and becomes
diluted and confusing.
yeah.. actually i do find lots of questionable loopholes in bleach...
like why is orihime the one who got the power from ichigo & not tasuki?
since tasuki is the one who's closer to ichigo & not orihime?
also... yeah the question about childhood.. why is it that while rukia &
renji were in rukongai they were kids.. & were able to grow.. yet now they
seemed to be stuck at that stage and not grow at all, since rukia told ichigo
that she's hundreds of years old.
ack.. mind block.. there are alot of questions i wanna ask actually but for now,
these will do.. wil be back with more questions
spoilers ahead....now you will see why he is so damn powerful in the manga, it
will explain his powers are natural, hollows that are ultra powerful will appear
as well.
so go DL them already. and your lack of knowledge shall be rewarded by the god
of Bleach
If you read the manga, you can see that Kubo has everything well planned out and
appreaciate his genius:
this site has SPOILERS, but shows some of the amount of attention to detail that
Kubo puts into Bleach: http://insane.sigh.org/junk/bleach.html
Tasuku is not a potential power wielder since she is human
Inoue is human, but she has a potential underlying within her. this can be
explained by the manga as well.
Yes, as according to the system, Byakuya is already 1400 years old, since he
takes the first 400 to master his bankai form and then 1000 years more to
perfect it to senkei
Clubbleach has the speculated answers about that.
Said:" Rukia is approx 190 years older than ichigo human years"
however, when you die, you apparently revert back to childhood years.
then as you go, your soul ages.
if you like ichigo as semi human semi shinigami, u can maintain the form of age
you are as seen.
(also explains why Yachiru is so young)
Chad and Inoue share something in common, as both villian potentials and
friends.
Chad could be a villian for his potential to be absorbed by evil forces who
might be aiming at his weakness.
Tatsuki actually is a potential power wielder because she can see ghosts in the
manga before volume 8,
and as of the last 10-15 chapters, she can see the allankar,
Keigo is actually in the position to be one as well, since he can now see
shingami and arrankars as well
I dont want either of them to gain power as that would be taking it a bit to
far, but I'm going to enjoy seeing how their relationship with Ichigo will
change from this point on
There is a good reason why Ichigo has so much power in him in the manga, but I
don't want to spoil it for anyone ... well I think it's a good reason. It's not
really explained yet though.
However I agree there are some loopholes, such as the souls in Soul Society - if
Soul Society is where people go after they die (so basically Soul Society IS
death in a way) then how come the souls can still bleed, and get hurt and well,
die again (like Aizen "died" and everyone was in shock)
if anyone saw the last ep of bleach, we may have a glimpse of where ichigo got
his powers from, possibly from the inner demon (hollow?) this was shown in
earlier eps wen ichigo was about to die from ken-chans blow where he had to
fight himself. maybe a ultra hollow hiding in ichigo or something? i am only
watch the anime so do not know nothing about the manga yet

Just view it as an afterlife, you go there and you
live you life, which is admittedly much longer than your human life (atleast in
the case of shinigami, it never talks about the normal souls, but I'm assuming
that its the same),
and I believe it says somewhere that souls that die in soul society are reborn
on Earth, check volume when they discuss the Quincy's
this is getting more & more confusing... but since i think the header of
this topic had already stated spoilers.. guess we can expect some spoilers.. so
i guess there shld be no prob about that..
i still can't remember some of the questions i wanna ask.. be right back with
them though...
another thing.. if the soul will grow old.. does that mean that renji & gang
will age & become obasan & ojisan?
also... hitsugaya is still very much a kid.. couldn't he just grow up if he
wanted to and be a man so that he might stand higher chance with
hinamori?
also.. the big boobs girl (cant rem her name..) working under hitsugaya seemed
to have something to do with gin... is it true that all lieutant (shucks forgot
the spelling..) are totally loyal to their captain or is it even possible for
them to betray anyone?
another question.. it's very weird that gin wanted to kill hinamori when she
found out about aizen and was fighting with kira. hitsugaya had to stop them.
why did gin even have to kill hinamori?
pardon my questions are all mostly about the beginning of the anime... i'm still
stuck at episode 45
there are so many inconsistencies in the series, and i hope they'll get answered
in depth eventually
meanwhile, bleach is still a very enjoyable story to follow
Wow, so many interesting views, questions and stuff here. Hm, as someone who has
read the manga, I can only say that the further the anime goes, some questions
will be answered, but more questions will start to come about and drive u to
read & watch more :P.
Still, there are times where I think the author just decide to add some facts
and events to justify some of the previously unexplained theories. This is often
true in the next story arc...sigh...I suppose for action shonen manga, such
things (loopholes/inconsistiies/unexplained stuff) are inevitable
mainly you just need to keep watching because like the above posters had said
are answered along the way. But with most mangas there still might be some
inconsistencies.
Also contrary to what some might think Soul Society is not heaven. Its more like
a purgatory. And about the chad thing, remember that the boy's soul was
previously inside a parrot. So Chad never saw his true form.
there is some questions regarding the souls of animals.
apparently there are animals in the series (like Ganjuu's pig riders) we see
that animal souls do exists in Soul Society, i wonder why nobody actually
utilizes them? or are they even supposed to be there? consider how most can do
shunpo and stuff? what about infantry?

Yes, souls are second part of life, and therefore ages, why? Yamamoto 1st div
commado captain is 4k years old said and speculated. However, it seems that
Renji and the young lads are really young around the hundreds.
Hitsugaya is the youngest among capts and most shinigami's (minus Yachiru) yeah,
he will grow, but maybe another few hundred years? since Rukia is approx another
10 times of Ichigo's actual age. (which in order to be like Hinamori, he must be
170 years old)
The Matsumoto (the big boob one) is yes [spoiler] related to him since
childhood.
Why Gin wanted to kill Hinamori? [XTREME SPOILER] he is ordered to distract
people, who? don't ask....
woah! thanks! i LOVE the XTREME SPOILER! hee hee! more questions
coming!

why is it that though shinigami are in the soul form they can bleed? i thought
that's only possible when they are in the human form?
also.. it is weird that when rukia first met ichigo.. her senses are dulled
& she can't sense hollow. but how come everyone else who's with ichigo can
sense? eg. when ichigo is talking to ishida. ishida can sense hollow?
another thing. when byakuya 1st appeared, he destroyed rukia's shinigami's power
in ichigo. so shldn't tat return to rukia? since renji kept saying that if he
killed ichigo rukia's power will return? since ichigo no longer has rukia's
power how come rukia didn't get them back?
erm... lost my train of thoughts again.. more coming.
There is only 2 things i find illogical in bleach soul societies creation and
the death of a soul
And asking stupid things before it is revealed in the anime were there are those
who read the manga will spoil it

why is it that though shinigami are in the soul form they can bleed? i thought
that's only possible when they are in the human
form?
In the manga it will become clear that when a soul is in soul form, the bleeding
is because souls are generally a second life, hence, it is not surprising to
find that you can bleed. think of it as being human as well. when a soul cuts a
soul, with a soul slayer, naturally it is nothing more than humans slicing each
other in the same situation. They can die.
Quote: also.. it is weird that
when rukia first met ichigo.. her senses are dulled & she can't sense
hollow. but how come everyone else who's with ichigo can sense? eg. when ichigo
is talking to ishida. ishida can sense hollow?
This can be explained by her Gigai (this is a twist in the manga that we should
see in episode 61 when the true story is revealed to why Urahara got
exiled)
Quote:

Actually, what he did was he removed the abilities of Ichigo, the awakened side
of him and his shinigami powers (which explains why he is so powerful for a
n00b) in the later parts of the manga, it will explain that the soul of a
shinigami can only be weakened by the special [SPOILER] Gigai provided by
Urahara which is illegal. A shinigami's strength is from within, once trained,
if it weakens, it will regain itself over time.
What Rukia did was not exactly give power to Ichigo, more like she unlocked a
part of it. (we will see in massive details later when someone in the family
will play a role explaining why he is so powerful) Byakuya simply destroyed the
unrealesed zanpakutou and slashed his soul weak enough so Ichigo cannot return
to the soul form, not without any help anyway. (the glove)
In order to become a shinigami, a soul must have reiatsu at a significant level,
what Byakuya did was just weakened him. Reiatsu cannot be transferred.
erm... lost my train of thoughts again.. more coming.
confusing... confusing.. but i more or less got it....
another thought that occured... while yourichi was training ichigo to bankai..
she told him not everyone can bankai so easily.. mostly it's captain level..
& even that it'll take a lot of years to bankai.
however while ichigo & gang entered the courts of pure soul.. u see people
like even jidanbou's brother being able to bankai even though he's only ranked
7th. so it seems.. that almost everyone can bankai?
another thing. in episode 35 ichigo told ganju that he can sense chad ever since
they reach the courts of pure soul. so why is it that when ichigo & ganju
were cornered by the squad 11 members, while taking hanatarou hostage, he didn't
feel chad? chad broke through the wall only to have ichigo & gang already
escaped.
