Welcome um well if want please go to Userguide to MT3
which would explain the new rules some um and go to Support Page it can help you out too.The free quota thing well now we have this rule that everytime we download something we loose credits but as I had read recently the quota thing is somthing like free credits to those who are new or those who don't want to loose them.The limit in having the free quota is 30 each time.I was kinda confused about that so you might want to ask Sheqel
he knows more about it.
