It is usually a no. But for me there are certain arists who i can make an exception for. Groove Coverage is a pretty good band. I also like Kotoko, Eiko, and basically anything that comes out of I've sound. I normally don't like techno but for some reason its better when its in japanese.

love teckno. rather just say that than go on and list a bunch of types that i like. such a hassle with so many names

My favourites are Voodoo & Serano, Crystal Method, Plummet and Benny Bensassi

Is a go. Like some cool electronica and trance. Digital music is so different and sounds better than jethro plunging away on a banjo complaining about his drinking.

The discos, yeah, but drugged people? That's like saying spiked hair or pierced noses are getting more popular because of drugs. It just ain't so - they happen to occur together quite often, but there's no causal link.

I don't really know genres too well; I've never been able to stick a given bit of music into a genre unless you'll accept ridiculously broad ones like 'rock,' 'techno,' 'country,' etc. So I don't really know what sorts of techno I like... but I guess trance, house, etc. are used pretty often to describe some of the stuff I like.

Either way, techno is a go. Just not an exclusive go; I like way more.

Yup, I like techno! Which style always depends of my mood and what I'm doing... definitely a go for me and I agree with clueless-saint, orbital is GREAT!

Techno is good

Its okay for me if its trance. But i like gabber and happy hard core better.It makes you feel more happier and high. I also like disco. Ya know that type of music.

it's called break beats...not break trance...

but yeah...i'm an electronic person...all my music are either techno, trance, euro, or dance.... the trance genres i like is vocal, euro (commercial), happy hardcore, and just regular trance....lol...not really into breakbeats...

I say NO. But hey, that's just me. And i haven't heard of any of the bands listed above. Am I deprived or what? But, of the bands I've heard, techno is just ... not for me.
