A fire burns softly in the fireplace
as it snows gently outside
frost slowly crawls across the window pane

We sit watching the lights on the tree
twinkle brightly
the silver garland sparkling
from the glow of the fire and lights

The presents under the tree
ready to be opened
the smell of pine
and cinnamon in the air

Sounds like a peaceful, fun Christmas.
Don't really like Christmas poems because most of them are too happy and cheerful unless it's about an orphan in the snow in the middle of Christmas.
