I seem to permanently have '2' listed for my Notification level, even though I've deleted everything notifications and PMs.
Also, Bot Chii deleted one of my wallpapers for being corrupt/partial upload. There was a typo in the notification.
Same thing with me. I only started off as 1 notification. I didn't even know that it was 2 until now.
When next you have a notification, click the "purge all" button. Honestly, please search before creating new threads. This issues has been asked and answered so many times.
