i have no idea cause i usually don't sweat alot. but i guess staying away from
caffeine would help before your big presentation or whatever. cause caffeine
actually increases your heart rate, thus anxiety level which can lead to
increase sweating.. ^^ other than that, i have no idea...
If the sweating of your palms isn't caused by tension, anxiety, pressure, and
the like, yours must be a naturally
sweaty palm. (no pun intended)
I don't know if that can be remedied. Some friends of mine have sweaty palms and
some don't. I don't know what causes it but I guess it might be hereditary.
Well, my niece her sweaty palms, I've never known her to have anything other
than sweaty palms as to what you can do to prevent it, well you could try talcum powder I
suppose and you might want to take a look at this web page for some tips: http://www2.ljworld.com/news/2001/jun/30/controls_can_help/
Hope this helps
for me, my palms sweat if:
my hands are warm then i suddenly soak it wif cold water...aha then they sweat
after sumtimes especially in the summer.. ..my
hands are normal though when it comes to winter...
i know its weird
it depends on how much you sweat if its excessively and all the time or just
when you're out, you might have a condition called hyperhydrosis this is an
extreme suggestion at this stage because I'd need to know more, but I had
hyperhydrosis which basically means excessive perspiration or that you sweat a
lot uncontrolably. mine was caused I think by anxiety it was psychological and
it completely changed my life. I used to sweat under my arms which lead me to
never taking my jacket off even when it was hot bacuse I was too scared that
someone would notice, I wasnt happy like I used to be anymore and I became
withdrawn. and I never told anyone except my mum because it was too hard. its
actually quite a big thing for me to be telling this to MT! but I went to my
doctor and she prescribed something to make it go away, still my life isnt the
same but I have been able to tell the people who are closest to me now that its
gone away and I'm becoming much happier. sorry for rambling all I'm saying is
that if its to that extreme maybe see a doctor, it could be psychological good
luck
Sweaty palms is a part of the "fight or flight" instinct we have
ingrained in our brains. Our body releases excessive oils and water when
stressed because IF we still had lotsa hair, it would make it all slippery and
hard for a predator to grab on to. This is also the reason some people start
losing their hair when they are stressed for long periods of time.
As for how to prevent it.... eh, I have the same problem, and nothing I do
really works. Try taking deep breaths. It might steady your heart a bit and
lessen how much you sweat.
That happens to me someties, usually while I'm drawing or driving. It's really
not a big deal and happens to a lot of people, so don't be too self-conscious
about it.
Hello everybody, is there anyone know some tips to prevent sweaty palm?

Sorry man. If you're already experiencing that, there's no way to prevent it...
If not, don't wash your hands after you write. That's one thing... and I forgot the rest.
Try to stay calm and focused. Think of positive and happy things.
Thanks for all of your suggestion. Well.... i guess i felt better recently. I hope its not just for temporary ^_^
acupressure?
what causes your palms to be sweaty anyway?
