in the periodic table, or the ancient ones like water/wind/fire/earth etc?
And there's some really random ones popping up... light and darkness are not
elements.
I'd say earth, as it's usually slow and deliberate yet can be devastatingly
powerful in an instant (think earthquake). Stubborn is a good adjective for
earth as it is persistent. It is often oblivious to everything around it as
well, as it tends to not care about the surroundings as the surroundings can do
little to alter it. It's the element I'd be closest to.
