well the rules are simpel
if i chose Truth the next person has to tell the truth
exampel: Tias: Truth: have you ever kissed a girl before?
guy.nr1: no( or he can make it longer bye saying more)
if i chose Dare the next person has to tell/ say if he dare's
exampel: Tias: Dare:do you dare to kiss a girl you dont know
guy.nr.: no only my girlfriend
