1. That time when he said "he was losing hope on their clan" meaning
the ways that they obtain power (i.e. kill your best friend, a requirement for
mangenkyo sharingan) it was something he doesnt approve.
2. i believe that he was indeed the one that killed the uchiha clan. He is
idenfinitely the strongest of their clan at that time, and everyone believed
that he will surpass even the greates levels of the sharingan. he detested it,
maybe due to the fact that he needs to sacrifice sasuke and, killed everyone
that knows the truth about their power. I think everyone was lying to sasuke,
pretending to be good, whilst knowing the evil secret about their power. The
only one who might have not known this is innocent sasuke, thus he did not
killed him, rather he make sasuke hate him, in order to make sasuke
strong.
3. using mangenkyou sharingan on kakashi, and not killing that him. it was
eventually just a plot so that kakashi (ehem.. the COPY ninja kakashi) will copy
the mangenkyou and teach it to yes.. sasuke.
well this are my OWN conclusions anyway, ang there are still questions that need
to be answered....
ok i am i fan of itachi so if u can tell me something about him and why u like him or not
