Im a huge fan of the FF series, the graphics of ff 7 are really old. Do you
think they should remark the game? possibly add more story depth and make the
graphics up to date? i like my FF's with a whole lot of game play hours, FF
tactics was by far the longest rpg in the FF series... I wish they could remake
FF 7...Don't you?
Have you seen the Teaser and the news about FF7 being remade? It was released at
this years E3 and I loved how much they updated it... I would welcome it with
open arms without a second thought...
I am a huge FF7 fan and wish they would update it as soon as possible... That
wouldn't mean I would stop playing the old game just to figure things

I've seen so much stuff about this topic, but I have to say even though
Squaresoft, and all the FFVII fans would like for the game to be remade, it
would take 7 years and alot of $$$.
I would LOVE it if it was remade. It would draw so many new, younger fans to RPG
games, and other FF games. Yet, if they remake the old game, with the same
classic storyline and loveable characters, then its taking away time for newer
games that could very possibly be even better than the "RPG game of all
time".
My final thought: Please remake it! Though the old game is forever a classic,
and a masterpiece in my game collection, the remake would attract even more
attention to the game. Kids these days want graphics. And, well we all have to
admit that FFVII opened the door to CG graphics, they arn't the best in the
world. So, sure go ahead and remake it. Its better than wasting time on
something as stupid (and sorry if this comment makes you mad) and FFXI, which I
think was a total failure.
I agree with everyone who wants it to be remade ,have you guys seen the real
time graphics ,it's picture perfect man. Just like the recently made movie
except it's interactive. During cutscenes you'll see them wearing the clothes
you changed for them, cool huh? so....... who doesn't want a remake .I REALLY
WANT ONE! but it'll be a long time for this game to be remade, heard it might
take 2 or 3 more years or so. Well the wait would be worth it ,I guess. Another
thing to worry about is buying a PS3 ,so people don't get your hopes high

Probably should. Chance to make more money, ppl who havent played the original
can play it and etc. I also want to play in high quality graphics as well. But
since i already played the original and know the story, it would not have the
same impact.
I'm not sure if they are going to make FFVII remake but I know that they've made
a FF game that's from Vincent's point of veiw, well at least his story. it's
before he met up with cloud I think... I don't know alot about I've only heard
bits and pieces from my friend who's just waiting for it to come out in
english...
They remade the FFVII intro animation , it looks sooooo coooool , but thats just
a demo to test PS3's capabilities , so I dont know if they're gonna remake the
game

FFVII was restricted by the technology when it first came out. With the
PS3...IT...WILL...OWN! WOOOOOOOOOT *does woot dance* Final Fantasy 7 has been
described as "The game that sold the Playstation". Lets hope it has
the same effect for the PS3.
Well at least...FFVII Crisis Core is coming for PSP. FFVII Dierge of Ceberus is
coming January for PS2 too. I really hope they would remake FFVII on PS3 though
I would like to see it being remade cause the graphics would just be awesome but
honestly I don't think it's a good idea mainly because there is alot of
inappropiate contents (eg. Wall Market) that would be not suitable for
young/teen ages. I doubt they'll take the risk in making the game M rating. I
think if they did remake it, it would be different from the original game since
they'll have to add and remove scenes and the plot would be different. So I
don't think they should remake it. They should just stick to making the squeals
and compiliations just as amazing. ^^
After seeing the demo promo for PS3, i think should remake it because the
content for FFVII was great and to suit it for the movie with a renew verison of
it would be great. The old thing was that in the movie, cloud could jump from
building to building unlike the game where you have to climb the ladders ang
cliffs. But the movie was still great and the game, I'm sure would be a great
hit.

saw the promo at this years E3' my blood cought fire.
But I was told and was verified by a report on game spot; the FFVII was only
used to draw people to the PS3 booth, as a what if!:( It's horrible to think
that square would do that to such loyal fan is an unthinkable act of crulty.
But there is always hope, maybe they will see the $$$ and we will get our wish.
Is just a dream, but I would love to see a remaking. The reasons that companies
give to fans are fool. But to not make it so complicated is based on how much
profit will be from a game and how much is necessary to invest on its
development. Still we can dream...
It would have been nice if there is a remake. But FFVII is already a legend, so
let it rest. If at all there is a cry for a remake, it should be Xenogears.
Square should at least satisfy us with a better Disc 2.
I wouldn't mind a remake since an added touch to the animation would make the
game a lot better....but even if it was to be remade I mean it would be pretty
repetitive playing the same game except with better graphics and movie
sequences....I dunno maybe add in the advent children part as well....

if by remake u mean update the graphics to that of the PS3 level then hell YEAH. It would be amazing to see that game again with some great graphics.
