On a lot of forums i see threads about what anime or manga ending people dont
like but i almost never see anyone pointing out any with endings they like or
seemed to fit with the story even if you thought it should end differently. A
few that i like are Miyuki, lament of the lamb, Full Metal Panic Second Raid,
Speed Grapher, Rough, and Tokyo Crazy Paradise. Ill add more as i think of them
but i think those are fine to start out with
I think it's rather hard pressed to find an Anime with happy ending but then
there are some. Like for example I really enjoyed the ending to Fruits
Basket<--the Anime not the Manga<--I haven't gotten to the end of the
Manga yet. OH and the ending to Chrono Crusade<--the Manga is a happy ending
--SMMMIIILLLEEEEE--. That makes me smile when compared to the end of the Anime
<-----CRRRRRIIIIIIIIIEEEEEDDDDDDDD! Like a little girl! And I am freaking old
people! All Anime has good endings even if they are tragic and bloody or nude or
cussing out the ass...
may be is ... Card captor sakura ^^' , i thinks so .. Sakura is the best girl i
know in manga and syaolan .. too >_________< . I love them , love so much

We should be careful not to confuse 'good' with 'happy' endings; there is also
another thread on the latter type.
Planetes (Planet ES) and Full Moon wo Sagashite have good endings that also end
on a positive note. It really sucks when you end a good series with a 'what the
hell?' because the ending was so obviously slapped together, was too abrupt,
made no sense, etc.
AIR in my opinion also has a great ending, even though it is incredibly sad and
I didn't want it to end that way. >.>

FMA was allright if you knew a movie was coming along.. I liked the ending of
Cowboy Bebop, ok so it's not a happy one but good nonetheless, also Peach Girl
and Samurai Shamploo are worth mentioning..
Samurai Champloo has a good ending, IMO. The ending made sense and it was funny.
Seikai no Senki had also a good ending, and then there's Cowboy Bebop, sometimes
I think it was too damn sad, sometimes I think it was the perfect ending...
Samurai Champloo had a good ending and I also liked the endings to Figure 17,
good but sad and Dai Guard amongst other. Also I felt the Gundam 08th MS Team
had one of the best Gundam endings, outside of them adding in those kids in the
last episode that made no sense.
Mmm... its hard, i dont like when an anime that i like comes to an end but it
has to, right ^^u? The SCC endig its really cute and the ending of "Digimon
1" was a nice ending the problem was that then starts digimon 2 but it
would be nice that that has been the ending point. I also like love
hina´s ending.

I liked Lyrical Nanoha's, Mai-HiME's, R.O.D TV's and Angelic Layers's end, but
the best i've ever seen is definitely...

CCS, hunterxhunter, azumanga daioh, madlax, hack//SIGN, a pretty good endings and make sense with the whole series.
