Look, how about the theory of parallel universes? Maybe there exist one or even hundreds of worlds parallel to our world. And maybe there are worlds who look exactly identical to one like Escaflowne, Gundam Wing, Cobits and so on.

I believe that they exist. And as long as no one has proven that they don't exist I believe that they do.

yeah especially all the futuristic mangas! like chobits and angelic layer...but maybe the fantasy mangas are less likely to happen...

thats really unfair to say though coz in the romantic dramas could possibly happen, too an extent, because i say from my experience as an otaku guy who hopeless with girls then suddenly people start confessing to me, which i'm turning it to manga and hopefully it becomes famous.

but in the other terms of anime then yeh it would be awsome
