damn only 7 hours 11-6am. and i am still in school. damn school

too much schoolwork and procrastination :sweat:

weekends are a lot better

since I start studying for my exams my sleep reduces to 3-5 hours a day unfortunatley it's going more to 3 hours.

life is hard

Sleep for about 7-8 hours on an average day. Sometimes more sometimes less of course :D

Meggan the lack of sleep might hurt you more in the long run than the lack of revision might, so be careful.

8-9 hrs usually (17yrs of age). my body wakes me up automatically after the ninth hour, im not sure why...

At least 6 hrs. I try to get more, but usually its about 7 on nights I have to goto work.

It depends. normally it's something like 7-10 but in weekends I sleep a lot more.

buti get about 5 at most 6 hours sleep but i spend lik 3 hours trying to fall asleep...

usually 5-7 hrs of sleep in the weekday. and on the weekend, it's usually 8-9 hrs.

not too much, 2am to... oh, 8:30 am? It doesn't feel like I rested any :/

For me, it doesn't depend on the day of the week. Sometimes, I can go a few days without any sleep and will only need about 8 hours after that to rest. Other times, I sleep on average, 7 hours a day. Another variable is the weather. I tend to oversleep whenever it's a rainy day (even if it hasn't rained yet).

around ten these days, my hours changed at work so its nice.

About 6-8 hours depending if i had something to do that kept me busy till late night. :)

I have come to realize that I have to type of body that has to have at the very least 8-9 hours of sleep. But to function at a peak performance level I need 10-12 hours a night. :D

I sleep about 7 hours a day...but it isn't enough. :p
