For me, it doesn't depend on the day of the week. Sometimes, I can go a few days
without any sleep and will only need about 8 hours after that to rest. Other
times, I sleep on average, 7 hours a day. Another variable is the weather. I
tend to oversleep whenever it's a rainy day (even if it hasn't rained yet).
I have come to realize that I have to type of body that has to have at the very
least 8-9 hours of sleep. But to function at a peak performance level I need
10-12 hours a night.
damn only 7 hours 11-6am. and i am still in school. damn school

since I start studying for my exams my sleep reduces to 3-5 hours a day unfortunatley it's going more to 3 hours.

Meggan the lack of sleep might hurt you more in the long run than the lack of revision might, so be careful.
8-9 hrs usually (17yrs of age). my body wakes me up automatically after the ninth hour, im not sure why...

around ten these days, my hours changed at work so its nice.
About 6-8 hours depending if i had something to do that kept me busy till late night.
