I asked my mom a question along those lines, and she said that she favors
multiple wives. Nowadays, there are too many men that abuse their wives, and
it's getting harder and harder for the marriages to last. So if you get a good
husband with three or four wives, then the women can be happy along with the
man.
You could also switch it around and say that a woman with multiple husbands is
possible, but something about that just... doesn't seem right.

but most of our people are familar with him.
the problem with 2 or more wives is that most of the time, they don't get along
with each other, ending up in fights. rarely they would get along. and of course
i agree, it's hard enough already to keep one happy.
Definately not. It's out of the question I would never even consider having more
then one wife. My heart will and forever will belong to only one girl. It would
be like stabbing her in the back if I married another. It doesn't matter either
whether or not either of the two or however many there are are aware of each
other it's still wrong in my mind. There's just no way to love that many woman
the same exact way and to the same exact degree.

It's not getting harder for marriages to last; personally, I think that's just
an excuse. I know this isn't true in every case, but people nowadays take
marriage far too lightly and can get a divorce of the most ridiculous things
(there was even an article once that a guy divorced his wife for burning toast
). I
don't believe in divorce except in extreme cases myself (hey, YOU promised to
love them forever, till death do you part) and breaking vow that quiet frankly
makes you a liar, and I'll leave my rant at that.
On the note of multiple spouses, that doesn't guarantee happiness either. For
all you know the women could end up with a man that beats all of them.
I couldn't imagine marrying multiple men myself, or having to share the person I
love with other women romantically. That just seems like it would cause alot of
jealousy and ugliness, too.

Most people think polygamy is immoral, i think if you really like or lets say
love more than one girl and they like/love you and does not mind.. go for it!
I think this is up to the man. A good man who loves his woman/women certainly
deserves to have multiple wives. I think this is one of the strong aspects we
expect to see from a true MAN. A good man knows how to keep all his wives happy
as he lets them know their part. A good man makes his wives respect him and they
will believe it's worth it being with this man. A good man does not let his
wives control him and make important decisions for them, since they chose to
follow him.
To afford this the man must be rich if not he must have enough resources for his
wives AND children. If a wife tries to get rid of others, the husband should not
even let this happen in the first place. I think this only works if the man is a
very good husband, and I don't think it works as well for women. In my
country(Singapore have one of the least birth rate and inactive sex life), many
divorce cases are caused by the female party and thus it will be good to have
wise men put them under control. Secondly, males are supposed to be more
decisive and lead females by nature. So I don't think men will be very happy if
they were to share a wife. It will be great right? Just think that you are
married to the emperor, or you are the prince or princess! It also helps to
increase birth rates in countries that have aging populations!
Erm actually i want to end my life just like some drama, with the one i love
till the day i love... He might lose some passion when we first fall in love but
in our hear there will always be each other... If i get a husband get another
gurl i will use my best to wishes them and leave cuz i knw relatonship cannt be
force and i knw i can`t tolerent to share my love so might as well just leave...

than one wife, still I consider myself unable to have 2 wives, I
don´t think I could satisfy the emotional needs of 2 women and I
really wish whenever I get married I can make my wife feel she´s so
special to me no one could ever be compared to her, I couldn´t do
