Has anyone seen this anime? I think it's superb if not better. I don't cry easily, but at the end of the 12th episode, I was bawling T_T

I watched that show years ago when my local Blockbuster just happened to have all the volumes. Very overlooked show and, just as you said quite good. It's dirt cheap now and should be in anybody's price range.

A lot of my friends and all of my family won't watch it because it's either too sad, or not enough action. But I do think it has some good action, but just a little sad... in fact, Soon dying was VERY sad...

i think ive watched this years ago too, there's a character named lala-ru here right? the story is sad! :( so many bad things happened to the main characters esp. sala...

Content wise, this show is very rock solid. Voice acting is also very good. I think a digital remastering of the original would help the show, as I found the image clarity to be a little grainy.

She is a great character. The North American Voice actress fits Lala-Ru very well. I felt compelled to watch the whole show. Only a few other shows (Boogiepop Phantom) have been able to draw me into their world. It is definitely on my Favorite list... (Shows so on my user page).

Different matter... Why isn't the "Image" button working in advanced.

I've seen Now and Then, too sad for me... they're such idiots. I can't believe those townspeople got killed... thanks for reminding me about it *bad memories*.

Which townspeople? A lot of townspeople died, and I don't think it was stupid in general. All I wonder is how Hamdo got all that power in the first place... and why Abelia followed him so dearly... even though he wasn't even nice to her... much less his people...
