ok i just want to make sure that if you steal my wallpapers or icons then you
will get your account deleted and im NOT playing around ok but if you are here
to see them then i hope you enjoy them~!
Naruto~ Gaara
this one took me 2 hours just to make it and it came out pretty
this gaara wallpaper was really awsome because i put my poem that i just made up
on it so i like this one also
here was my verry first gaara wallpaper that i made and i look back at it now
its not really one that i love but it was good for a head start well comment on
them all thank you~!
I hope you can put a large version of your wallies, so I can view them. Sadly, i
can't give a comments coz it's small. Anyway, good luck with your wallies.
1st: This one would be considered "brush whore" (hm, the name sounds a
bit harsh) meaning that there isn't much composition, just a lot of brushing.
It's considered low effort.
2nd: The concept looks interesting, with the chara creating a portal in the
sand. However (and I can't really tell at this resolution) but the bg looks
mostly swirl-tool. That would be considered filter whore, another name that
denotes low effort. Mostly of the space is also taken up by plain block text,
which isn't well integrated with the bg and is distracting.
3rd: The composition here's a bit lacking. It looks like some scan cutouts and
screenshots pasted together. Plain scan cutouts are low effort, while
screenshots are low quality since you're usually pixellated. The ghosted image
in the bg is considered both low quality and low effort. It also looks like
there are some extraction issues with the main chara image.
Everyone begins a n00b, but everyone can improve with practice.
well...blusake pretty much covered everything...overall i like your ideas, but
it needs some work...
i kind of liked the first wallpaper (i like the scan) except for its
background...i just don't think sparkly stars are befitting for gaara...you
could easily make your own sand background and add a texture to it since the
scan is texturized...
i liked the 2nd wall, except for all the text...also there's a small spelling
error ^^"
as for the 3rd wall, you should concentrate on a single image...putting little
cutouts here and there makes it look messy and out of place...
I am not gonna sit here and tear apart your work Like the other people on this
site do. I am sure it took you some time to do it. Your time means something...
so I say: Good work.

"tearing apart your work" is such a bad connotation...this thread IS
for tips and advice on how to improve wallpapers in progress or that have been
deleted...

Just my take on the reasons for these deletions:
1st: This one would be considered "brush whore" (hm, the name sounds a bit harsh) meaning that there isn't much composition, just a lot of brushing. It's considered low effort.
2nd: The concept looks interesting, with the chara creating a portal in the sand. However (and I can't really tell at this resolution) but the bg looks mostly swirl-tool.
