kind of a stupid question to ask, but which Full Metal series do you think is
better? I love 'em bith so much but FMA is just a LITTLE bit better in my
opinion.
...I hate that question, because those series aren't supposed to be related
in.any.way. Comparing them is like asking, "what's better, Gundam or
Karekano"? They've got totally different styles, as well as fully different
japanese names (Full Metal Panic - in katakana - and Hagane no
Renkinjutsushi).
Alchemist is much better...but I have to agree with lensterknight that the only
thing they really have in common is the name and thus cannot be compared.
a better idea would be to compare FMP! and FMP! Fumoffu. why? since fmp (s1) is
mecha comedy, while fumoffu (sp2) is mostly only comedy and a little wiibit
ecchi if I can remember correctly.
its kinda unfair to compare fma and fmp. since those anime didnt have the
slightest bit of similarity.
but if u want to know which is better, i'll say fma. coz the artwork and quality
is higher than fmp.
but fmp is soo cool with all the machas.
Urm ... err I dunno I'd probably say FMA over FMP by a BIT. FMP is good to
watch, especially all the funny parts but then when it gets into the military
stuff ...Zzzzz. Hence, I liked Fumoufu (sp?) heaps better.
fma is good to watch for plotline and funniness. The plot isn't too technical or
difficult to understand and it's actually interesting. That's not to say that
FMP wasn't interesting, but it was somewhat predictable.

criterion alone such as music, characters, storyline, coherence, attachment....
i think Full Metal Alchemist is more complete.

Alchemist by far. FMP is fun cute entertainment. FMA is an incredible and tragic tale.

i like alchemist...way cool, maybe its cos i havnt watch FMP yet...so its not really fair

In the sense that they're both anime, I favor FMA over FMP.
fullmetal alchemist of course ! it's an amasing anime !
it depends, everyone likes something else.
And you know you can`t add 2 totally different vectors. So you cant judge witch is better since there are different genres. Fin/
both are excelent series, so both is awesome!

FMP of course cauz FMA was a bit tooo long and weird... FMP was heaps funny and entertaining good story line aswell

I would have to say fma better than fmp their both good I just like that one a little bit more ^^..
This is hard for me to choose cause I like them both so much but if I have to choose then I will be Full Metal panic.
