InuYasha is the best in the world and you just have to read Under the Glass
Moon. Yeah I know you asked for Anime but you also have to fall in love with
Manga too. Humm I think that's it love...if I can think of anymore I'll come

I would reccomend His and Her Circumstances aka Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou. I
actually haven't seen the anime, but I love the manga it's based off of. You
might also like Azumanga Daioh (although it's more wacky than romantic), and the
Read or Die TV series. I would definitely go with Fruits Basket too - it's my
all-time favorite. ^_^
Honey and Clover top my list of romantic anime! This will not disappoint you
believe me, one of the MOST funniest anime I seen plus the love is so heart

Recently, I finished Rozen Maiden Traumend (I think thats how you spell it) and
it was really good but you should see the first season first though... it may
seeem kind of weird cuz its about dolls but the drawing and the voices and the
music and everything is pretty good

are possible to be read.
Steel Angel Kurumi is well worth a look, I've watched it and Onegai Teacher and
they are kinda similar in some parts. If you enjoyed one you should enjoy the
other.
Plus Onegai Twins, I guess you can't go wrong with that. Where I live the DVD
boxset isn't available yet, but I'll wait it out (like I have a choice).

if you liked Onegai Teacher, go with Onegia Twins. It's the same cast, same setting, and same production team.

I think Great Teacher Onizuka will suit you as well. Beside being quite touching, it has its comedy side too.
