i need some help with my screenshots i want to get those words of you can see
where have tried to get the words of and that's awful
can someone help me with that
You could usually use the clone tool (there are some tutorials on the net. It's
basically copying one part of the image you want to run over the subtitle) and
you keep on doing this like you're painting over the screenshot.
If you're using this screenshot to make a wallpaper though, I'd suggest you
think twice about it and use the Sandbox before submitting to get some
feedback.
Another method is to do a vector of the screenshot (tracing over it and
recolouring it) and just kinda "guess" what is under the screenshot
and colour over it.
Both should have a similar effect- only difference is that the clone tool will
most likely maintain the pixellated kinda artefacty quality as the screenshot,
whereas a vector will be of higher quality.
Try this;
Press ALT+PrintScrn to take a shot of whatever program is causing problems.
Save as a PNG/JPEG (PNG is usually the best for screenshots) in any program,
Paint in XP is fine.

Here's the image, I've worked on it somewhat but I don't think this image is
good enough to use in a wall coz it's low quality but hey let me know what you
think.

Just a tip, when restoring the image below, try to follow the light rays with
the brush strokes to keep consistent with the original images, especially over
the green bits.

i don't know what you mean with a vector?

does somebody know how to make a energy beam?
They usually have plug-in programs for something like that, you might want to try using google to search for one.
