*cringes* my brother made me watch Pokemon... but then i found Sailor Moon, fell
in love, found out it was anime, downloaded some horrible quality fansubs and i
was hooked... when was that? 8th grade?
Since when I was I child I watched Anime on TV like snorkes, Lady Oscar, Candy,
Georgie and many many more, but My passion for anime & manga is beginning
with Ranma & City Hunter when I was 14 years old, and now I don't stop to
watching anime and reading mangas.
when I firstly in my life watch undubbed anime called Rave Maste at channel
AXN...at that time I feel Japanese voice is really sugoi and worth to watch
compared the dub one..
It was my cousin who introduced me. He used to watch Knights of Zodiac at our
grandmother's house. At the beginnig, I just hated. But I started to get
interested - I really liked Saori's liliac hair - about the story and never
stoped.
I do not know when exactly it came into my life, but I basically grew up with
anime, not knowing it was anime at the time of course. When I was young I used
to watch shows like Pokemon, Digimon, and Thundercats... oh wow, how could I
forget... I used to watch Speed Racer with my dad all the time when I was a kid.
i think it was a year ago in the summer when i was watching tv and i stumpled
upon fullmetal achlemist then once that movie was down inuyasha came up and il
loved both those animes a lot, so i from there my life in anime started am i am
glad it did!
11 years ago, when I watched Sailor Moon for the first time, I wondered what was
this?, the drawing was alright, but something was...I still don't get it until
now. And that time I thought, Tom and Jerry was better all the way. Two years
later, I watched Doraemon, this anime was funny and I watched it over and over
again. "Anime really is somehing" I thought that, but in my country
they didn't sell anime, so all i could do at that time is loan video tape, but I
didn't even know what anime was and who knows what did I watch (maybe only god
knows ). After that 7 years, (really long time)with the flow of times, I
grew up and found out that anime wallpapers was wonderful too, that's the first
time I visit Minitokyo (oh those sweet days). And the day I met my friend at
university, that fate day . He
had many anime and manga, and he lent them to me happily, and the first nime I
borrowed from him was Card Captor Sakura and the first manga is Card Captor
Sakura too, I like manga more. Thanks to him, now I know what anime is, and I
can discuss anime and manga with everyone, that's really fun.
when i was 11, i skipped dinner one night and stayed in my little cousin's room
and just watched tv.. i flipped on this one channel and saw yu yu hakusho on so
i decided to give it a try.. i liked the show and since then i've become a huge
fan of anime.. ehe.. makes me thankful i skipped dinner that night.. it's not
good to skip meals, i know, but.. oh well.. aaaahh!.. sorry for rambling.. ^-^;;

so, coz I dont think internet has boomed at that time yet, the days of VHS and
BETA). I started collecting Anime when CD where available, VHS just rots to
easily in storage
all my scool friends keep talking about it, and my bro started to download
naruto from start, i kinda watched first few and couldnt stop, 3 days finished
130+ edpisodes lol
I think so five years ago,at the start of new school year,I had too much free
time,so I watched TV and I accidentally turn on some german anime program,they
gave the last episode from Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne,and I loved it,something like
that,I never saw before(till now I didn't seen Sailor moon),I got addicted to
it,although in that time I didn't understand german very well ^_^ Then I started
to watch Wedding Peach,Pokemon,Ranma,... everything they gave on that german
programm lol
I had about three or four anime addictions:

Pok'emon/Digimon, and the last one wasn't really *anime*, but it was the
original "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers", which, oddly enough,
produced a few English dub voice actors.

years ago, i watched the dubbed sailormoon and it turned out to be a nice thing to watch during that tym...

hmm Anime get into my life with my grandcousins! they had a PS 1 and Nintendo 64 and all that stuff! (and I often was going on their nerves I guess. xD GOMEN-NE! ^_^;;;;;; ) And also Pokémon was very popular at our school. so I started watching RTL 2 and there also were other seires and then I started to read the manga magazine DAISUKI and THEN I bought my first manga! xD OMG.. my first manga I bought were..... oh dammit it's so embarrassing and the total opposite of what I'm watching now! xD ... my first Manga were... TOKYO MEW MEW! >///< AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH! but at the same moment I bought.... Boys Next Door... O_O;; how the hell does THAT fit together?! xD *LOOOL*

A mate living out of town visited me and brought with him Slayers in .rm format. The whole series fitted on 2 cd's. That was about 6 years ago.
Well, that's how it started. As time went by, I first learned to like all kinds of series, and later on, hate the majority.

What got me hooked on anime was Robotech, i was prolly 10 years old and just happened across one of the first episodes and got hooked.
