Do you hate your school? I sure do! All my pricipal cares about is the reputation of the school and winning awards to increase the prestige of the school.

And we students work to death trying to coop with the tremendous load of homework and other unnecessary school activities that the school has organised. We even have remedials up to 4 pm in the afternoon. And if we don't do well, we get scolded. So UNFAIR!

How about you guys? Are you in the same situation as me?

my school is okay. there are a lot of activities going on, and the homework amount is okay. we have study hall as time to do homework/read/catch up. my situation isn't as bad as yours, but i see your point about not liking your school..

um,, i don't like my school because of lack of equipments and
i don't like my school because my school is not like your school,,ehehe..
you know what,, you'll get to take advantage of that kind of school cycle.. some other time
its really annoying about how the school only thinks about their reputation but about that loaded homeworks, i tell yah,, you'll take advantage of that when the time comes...
i've been in your situation before...

well i realy don't care about school . if it's have roof , chais and tables , then it's enghouth for me . some classmate's , some "friends" . that's all i need ..

nope, i dont hate it..

I hate my school to bits..... Every morning I have to suffer sitting inside that god-forsaken building... >_<

My school is poor as hell, even though we're like a distinguished school. I dont hate the people in school just the idea of school horrible... Our school started this stupid Sustained Silent Reading every day in homeroom and I"m like, "You must be curazee! I have APs to study for!" So yea... friends are the shiznit but I hate THE school

i hate my school. I used to be a student of a Magnet school, but this school screwed us over and got us closed(it was one of the three schools the Magnet kids came from.) Magnet was the greatest experience of my entire life. It was the only time in my life, i wanted to actually go to school. But then, they closed us.... and i came back to this dreary, forsaken piece of shit. This place, it has no freedom. no matter what we do, that we enjoy, they find a way to make us unhappy. I have been in a Japanese class, since my freshmen Magnet days, and i've been to Japan twice because of it... but next year... they're closing our class. which leaves me high and dry. -___- i hate this place so much. Even most of the kids here. they think they're "hard" and they pick fights for stupid reasons. it's really annoying.

NO! I like my school... but I just hate my friends... he...he
-_-'

The teacher and the students in my grade at school were for the most part really good and the kind of place I didn't mind being, even though I was doing boring work.

However don't even get me started on anyone related to the school's finances, those people were the worst kind of money hungry scum.

I really hate my school for it is so corrupted... Almost everyone is greedy

yes >.>

luckily I;m changing schools for August, I'll start in a new school ^^

hell yes, thats y droped out

i hate my school.....service sucks.....so i'm transferring to a cc

Hey, pogimonzgt. What are magnet schools? You can even go to Japan? I don't mind fighting, but I certainly hate the feeling of having no freedom. I so hate my school, because the uniform looks dumb, plain and retarded. Not like the Japanese sailor suit and short skirts. I am in a tropical country and the girls must wear knee length skirts. Actually in Singapore hardly anybody likes school other than their friends. The schools here have homework which is already ridiculous, and throughout the years the amount and difficulty of homework has increased tremendously. If I am to have children in the future I shall never let them suffer the same fate as mine. They start to have all the electronic systems for us to do assessments and exams with and I think this is not neccesary. The exam papers consists of 3 pieces, question paper, answer sheet and the electronical optical mark sheet. It makes me so confused, why can't we hold a pencil and write down all the answers on the question paper. That's secondary school, now in polytechnic(vocational institutions), I hate the people there. They are inactive, cunning and skinny. Whenever I ask them about homework the just shoo me off. They are very vary about financial status, girls will only date someone as rich or richer than her. I can hardly make friends which I can talk my feelings with. We have to recieve homework and submit through e-mail or the school's computer network. If you don't hand in on time you fail and they tell you to come back next year to repeat the subject. This makes me so confused, can't I just give it to my teacher? The school declare to have spent millions and millions on equipment and staff. Yet they can't afford to give us paper when we have drawing lessons and forces us to spend money on uneccesary equipment. There are many cases of mediocre students talking with lecturers and the next day they got distinction for their projects.
You people should be happy you are not living in Singapore, I hate the school and I hate the whole country for making my life so miserable and meaningless.

Cool! You live in Singapore too!? Life really sucks there, don't ya think? We have to wear dorky uniforms and they even lengthen your skirt with pieces of cloth if it's too short. In my school, we cannot have long hair. If you insist on having then you have to tie braits and nothing else. And boys cannot have side burns. Sometimes I think we are in a jail more than in a school.
But at least life doesn't seem as bad in secondary school as in polytechnic. How to even survive there?

Haha, I am a boy and I am having shoulder length hair now(Kadaj's hair). Actually if you are in secondary school you are very likely to be promoted to the next level as the ways of assessment is through examinations. But in design courses in polytechnic they fail you if you don't do your homework regardless of communication breakdown or computer problems. If you fail you'll be retained, like express stream dropping to normal stream. I seldom do my homework during secondary school but score above average grades, now it's a different case. Another thing is that they classify students into special/express/normal streams in secondary school and this puts a gap between students, why couldn't everyone be together?

which is why... ... ... I WANT TO MIGRATE TO JAPAN OR KOREA!

It's not so much that I hate my *school* per se-just some of the people with attitude problems, or with over-active stupidity, and inactive brains, who're enrolled there. The teachers, though, are nice, respectable, respectful, individuals, who prove that adults can be human as well. More about my classmates, though; not all of them are how I described-many of them are indeed nice, there are just some kids who attend my school who are...difficult to get along with(predominantly boys-no offense meant to the guys I "know" here, and the males I actually enjoy the company of! *bows politely*). In reference to sakurachriss5510's remark, one of my teachers has Elvis-like sideburns, and he sounds like a Canadian surfer dude. :)

I hate my school. There are too many people, especially gangsters and certain others who clog up the halls. Our teachers suck and I really can not stand my 6th period gym teacher. She is such a female dog.

i dont really hate my school but im not in classes most of the times i skip my classes and go off somewhere to take a walk to eat or play some games since i do get bored very easily being lectured by someone but from the time i am there im usally lying down asleep in back of the class i wuld say its rather boring...about the only thing i like is the uniforms wich do look kinda cool hehe, but thats it...everything and everyone else there is boring...and theyre usally getting into fights wich i try to stay out of, but have been drageed into a few times...usualy they dont turn out so well either, outside of school though.... is were i have more fun..

I despise my school because while its one of the best public schools in the state and is well funded, i still think the quality of education sucks. Its all memorization, they dont teach us to understand what we are learning, they teach us to repeat information. Hell even physics class is all equations, we hardly are even exposed to the theorys and concepts involved. Due to this ill be spending my summer and my entire senior year of high school going to college, at the very least there will be more freedom of choice in the courses I take and freedom in general.

Luckily enough or school has an ok dress code, yet i still despise even the most leanient regulation on dress, i see no reason why anyone should control what we wear, outside the bounds of the law, much less force people to wear uniforms. Pathetic school regulations, dumbass politicians, moronic school administrators, and incompitent teachers, what a waste of time.

Where the heck are the smart politicians who care less about their careers and more about the educational standards.

Well mine kinda hate the school especially increasing the tution fee for the teachers. How humilating? *shrugs* My course from college kinda complicated too. -_-;

I dont really hate it but i dislike being in my school as it focuses too much on its ccas as compared to academic work. I think that being good academically is more impotant than going for ccas. That is one point which i hate and dislike about my school

I hate my school cause it seems that the teachers really don't know much about the subject they teach....
